On request we do also offer half board for our hotel guests. The restaurant will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, only open for hotel breakfast.

Malgré le désagrément de la chaleur, nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.
Pros:

Accueil très sympathique, avec des renseignements très précis. Cet établissement étant situé à environ 5km du centre ville, on nous a offert des tickets de transport en commun pour aller visiter Luzern. Nous avons donc pu laisser notre voiture sur le parking gratuit. L'arrêt de bus se trouve juste en face de l'hôtel. La piscine extérieure est très agréable et à la réception on nous a fourni des serviettes de plage. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, avec une grande variété de produits proposés.

Cons:

Nous étions en période de canicule et il faisait très chaud dans la chambre non climatisée. Le ventilateur étant très bruyant, nous avons ouverts les fenêtres pour dormir, mais notre chambre située sur l'avant, donc côté rue, nous avons été réveillés dès 6h00 du matin par la circulation.

Loved our stay and would recommend it again!

Location, free parking, the view, very nice pool, nice staff, actual keys , good tv with apps

Cons:

Little hot in the room and no mini fridge otherwise perfect !

Auf jeden Fall einen Aufenthalt wert!
Pros:

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht da, aber es hat alles gepasst. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, trotz unserer späteren Anreise. Die Zimmer neu, geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber.
Der Blick auf die Berge war ebenfalls super, genauso wie der angrenzende Park.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es gab viel Auswahl und geschmackvoll war es auch.

Un hôtel bien tenu , du personnel très professionnel.Emplacement à proximité de Lucerne avec un service bus gratuit qui facilite les trajets.
Des produits de qualité au petit déjeuner. Nous avons dîné un soir sur place et nous recommandons c'est un vrai restaurant gastronomique.

Pros:

It was a delight to stay at hotel Balm. This hotel is managed so well. Professional, friendly and service-minded staff who treat you with a personal touch. A great sense of service, hospitality at its best. It was easy to get to Lucerne from the hotel, yet enough distance to make us relax with a view over the snowy mountains and Vierwaldstätter lake.
