On request we do also offer half board for our hotel guests. The restaurant will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, only open for hotel breakfast.

Rooms views, staff, location, restaurant, breakfast - can’t fault any of it.

Location was fantastic, with really easy bus access into Lucerne.

The staff was exceptional.
Pros:

The staff gave us so much good advice! Since I had a car, they were able to tell us which mountain peak was the best to drive to. We were also given good advice about the shuttle into Lucerne.

Pros:

Great location with an excellent view of the lake from the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who warmly welcomed us upon our arrival. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Pros:

Trevlig personal, bra läge, stor rum med fin utsikt.

Cons:

Saknade aircondition, men hade fläkt. Frukosten kunde varit bättre.

Everything was nice except that it was hot, hard to sleep and the hotel was not concerned about this problem at all.
Pros:

Spacious place, friendly staff, nice breakfast.

Cons:

No AC and the hotel did not suggest ways for us to battle the heat wave.

Schönes Hotel aber für den Preis deutlich zu teuer.
Pros:

Schöne Poolanlage.
Gute Parkiermöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Keine Möglichkeit der Kühlung des Zimmers, war sehr warm.
Beim nötigen Öffnen der Fenster zur Kühlung gab es keine Fliegengitter, also keine gute Idee so etwas Kühlung in das Zimmer zu kriegen.

Everything is tidy, breakfast is delicious, the location is convenient with a bus stop directly opposite, and buses arrive every 10 minutes.

Cons:

The hotel lacks air conditioning, but fans are available—the front desk supplied an additional one. Please plan accordingly if visiting during summer months.

Excelente, voltaria com certeza.
Pros:

Café da manhã excepcional. Funcionários muito gentis e educados. Restaurante Le Pistache fenomenal. Propriedade grande, piscina boa e um mina parquinho de animais que minha bebê adorou.

Cons:

Não tem escadas então tem de subir as malas a pé, mas acho que é a proposta do hotel que fica em uma casa antiga renovada, tem seu charme.
