As expected !
Pros:

Beautiful property. Decent room and a good balcony. Fairly good lake view from our balcony. Missed having a meal at their restaurant. Seemed to be a fab one, as I saw a dish going in from the kitchen to be served :-) Bus stop right at the property, so travelling was no issue. The Hotel is a bit far from the city center ( not possible to walk it kinds) but they were good enough to send us a pass for our tram and bus travel. we used it for free travel though the city. Well equipped spacious bathroom with amenities. Complimentary 24 hr tea and coffee bar at the reception.

Cons:

No Lift, although they helped us carry our luggage to our 1st floor room.

Cons:

Pour le prix, ne pas avoir de clim est problématique. Avec notre bébé impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres car trop de lumières à l’extérieur ainsi que des moustiques. Il faisait presque 28° dans la chambre. Nous avions une chambre sans balcon et qui donnait sur le parking.. ce n’est pas précisé et au moment de la réservation il ya uniquement des photos de chambres avec une belle vue sur un balcon donnant sur les montagnes et le lac…

Located right at a bus stop to the old town of Luzern. Breakfast had a nice variety and the lady did take great care of her guests. Parking is easy

Very relaxing location and facilities with across the street free bus ride to Lucerne Old Town.
