Very relaxing location and facilities with across the street free bus ride to Lucerne Old Town.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and the scrambled eggs were fantastic. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Pros:

Lisa was amazing at check-in. She answered all questions & made us feel at home. Breakfast was excellent. Free bus pass & bus stop right at street level in front of hotel. Convenient. Friendly. Comfy.

L'accueil, la propreté et l'excellente literie
Le restaurant est excellent côté bistro comme gastronomique.
Le petit geste consistant à offrir deux bouteilles d'eau pour la route au moment du départ.

Pros:

Habitacion amplia y cómoda.superlimpio.muy cerca de Lucerna y con aparcamiento para el coche.linea de bus delante mismo.

Cons:

No tiene aire acondicionado y no tiene ascensor

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.. es gab vor dem Hotel einen gratis Bus nach Luzern centrum.. dies war sehr angenehm..

Cons:

Leider wurden wir um 6:00 Uhr morgens da waren wir noch in Italien angerufen und es wurde uns mit zugeteilt das wir unser gebuchtes Zimmer nicht beziehen können da es überbucht ist.. das war halt nicht okay und nervig.. die Dame an der Rezeption war aber sehr nett und hat uns ein Zimmer für eine Nacht in einem anderen Hotel besorgt.. dieses war halt etwas weiter entfernt aber letztendlich okay.. die zweite Nacht konnten wir dann im Hotel de balm einchecken..

Hotel amb molt d’encant, una mica allunyat de la ciutat, però si vas en cotxe, cap problema son 10’ fins al centre i en tot cas t’ofereixen tarjeta per transport gratuit amb la parada del bus davant mateix. Les instal.lacions estàn molt ben cuidades i la atenció de tot el personal es molt atent i professional. Les habitacions son àmplies i còmodes i els jardins que té l’hotel son magnifics per relaxar-se. L’esmorzar es molt bo, complert i de qualitat. Hotel molt recomanable, amb parking gratuit !
