Ruins Luxury Resort - Adults Only

-although it was not big deal for me but it is not really adult hotel it is 10 years +, i would not consider 10 years as adult hotel, so i recommend to remove "adult only" hotel or change it to 16+.
- the beach beds reservation is not really good, people just put their things from day before to reserve the bed, it shouldn't be that way , it should be first come first served or proper reservation system.
- pool service (although food was good) it was very slow or none exists.

The service at both the pool and the beach was very disappointing. Orders were constantly mixed up, and the staff seemed to have difficulty understanding English. Whenever we ordered something, the service was extremely slow. Often, only half of the order would arrive, and the rest would be brought 30 minutes later.

The music at the pool and on the beach was also far too quiet. In the past, the hotel had a much better atmosphere and a more vibrant vibe.

The rooms - especially the floors - are not cleaned properly. No slippers are provided regularly and it’s not surprising to see your socks changing colours - literally - because of the dirtiness of the room floors. Not sure which chemicals is used to clean the floors but it leaves sticky experience on the floors even after ‘cleaning’. The cleaning staff appears to be part time students and have no experience or training to give any professional cleaning service as such - this is certainly not a staff but a management failure and requires immediate attention

The biggest disappointment was the inconsistency in service. Many front-of-house and food & beverage staff struggled to communicate in English, meaning we often had to repeat simple requests several times. The front desk was also more reactive than proactive, lacking the warmth and attentiveness expected of a luxury hotel.

Housekeeping was another recurring issue. We had to request bottled water, shower caps, body lotion and coffee capsules almost daily because they were not replenished. Even bed linen requests were overlooked, making it frustrating to constantly chase basic amenities that should have been standard.

The room itself also needs attention. An unfinished patch in the main wall and mismatched bedside tables detracted from the overall impression. Soundproofing is another area for improvement—we could clearly hear the pounding music from SIPs, the hotel's bar, every evening, making it difficult to properly relax.

The Wi-Fi deserves special mention as it was one of the worst we've experienced. The connection frequently dropped, coverage throughout the property was poor, and having to repeatedly log in made it even more frustrating. This simply isn't acceptable for a luxury hotel.

Food and beverage prices were high while portions were surprisingly small. Even more disappointing, the hotel had run out of basic items such as ketchup, almond milk and oat milk for our entire seven-day stay, despite a supermarket being just a two-minute walk away.

Be sure to carefully check your bill before checking out. We were incorrectly charged for drinks we never consumed, as well as food that had already been paid for, and had to produce our credit card statement before the charges were removed.

RUINS has good potential, but significant improvements in staff training, communication, housekeeping consistency and service standards are needed before it truly delivers the luxury experience its pricing and positioning promise.

The restaurant staff are hapless, we ate at all the restaurants at the facility and every time our food went to someone else’s table or didn’t arrive at all. Our room was next to a supply closet so couldn’t sleep for about 3 hrs every morning due to the noise.

Tivemos muitos problemas no hotel. Desde a solicitações não atendidas a demora no atendimento.

Limpeza dos quartos precária. Chegamos no primeiro dia e deixaram cocô no vaso sanitário. O frigobar sem águas, nos deram cama de casal quando eu pedi cama de solteiro.
Os pedidos demoram muito a serem realizados, todas as vezes que pedíamos algo demorava muito a vir.
No café da manhã por exemplo, pedi café 3 vezes, terminei de comer sem tomar café. Veio só no final.
As malas, quando chegamos, demorou mais de uma hora para chegarem ao quarto. Nós queríamos tomar banho e sair e tudo sempre muito demorado.
Não vale o custo benefício.

Ich war enttäuscht vom Service, ich musste teilweise über 1 Stunde auf ein Kaffe warten, im Restaurant 40 Minuten bis jemand überhaupt ne Bestellung aufgenommen hat & dann kamen die Rechnungen falsch etc.
Beim Checkin waren wir etwas zu früh da und sie meinten sie schreiben uns wann unser Zimmer ready ist, in zwischen waren wir essen uns hat jedoch nie jemand geschrieben & das Zimmer war 1 Stunde verspätet bereit. Allgemein die Freundlichkeit am Desk fehlt. Schade!

Номера обветшалые . В моем первом номере не закрывалась дверь были оторваны стеновые панели пахло канализацией Завтраки до 10;30 спать можно ложиться только после 2 когда закроют бар где танцуют пьяные тинейджеры . Дешевый текстиль . Очень крутой подьем

Det är ett relativt nytt hotell så det fanns barnsjukdomar tex det tog tid ibland att få sin beställningar. Saknar kvälls restaurang/bar, fanns bara fine dining eller room service. Sips bar serverar bara cocktails.
