Pros:

Beautiful views from the huge terraces. We enjoyed the pool.

Cons:

The hotel felt very busy, especially at breakfast, it was quite chaotic, it might be better to spread the food out more. The room balconies are open to each other, when your neighbours smoke your whole room is filled with the smell which is horrid.

A beautiful mountain view
Pros:

The view is magical. Beautiful snow-capped of Mount Kazbegi. To look at it once you've opened your eyes in the morning is a blessing [we were in the room with the mountain view]. The buffet breakfast was good.

Cons:

The shower area is not fully closed, hence the floor near to the sink can get a bit wet. No bidet.
