Malgrés tout, un super moment
Pros:

Une vue grandiose (point fort de l'hôtel et c'est d'ailleurs pour cela qu'on y va ). Les chambres malgrès la taille de l'hôtel sont très bien insonorisées, Le petit déjeuner est hors du commun, avec des plats a la commande, et, un buffet des plus fournis. Trés belle vue sur les montagnes depuis la piscine qui a une eau très chaude.

Cons:

La fréquentation de l'Hôtel etait très importante, avec beaucoup de manque de respect et de politesse de la part de certains clients. Un des deux Sauna n'etait pas en activité se qui générait une certaine attente.
Au restaurant le vin est servit dans des verres en plastique ( cela ne fait pas très serieux... d'autant que le service est fait par un sommelier).

Very good but restaurant and spa customer service needs work

The views were great, reception staff were great. The rooms were very comfortable. Balcony was lovely. Facilities and mini bar were good

Cons:

The massage / spa in the hotel was disappointing. I booked in for one and arrived five minutes early as directed and they said they would have to rebook me half an hour later when I only had a narrow window that day. A real stuff around. Also the kitchen opened half an hour later than what reception and the website says it would. I had to go and ask to place an order and was told ‘we don’t open until 12:30 (I was told it was 12:00 and had waited an extra half an hour) and I said ‘it’s 12:33 and then they slowly started handing out menus. You’d expect better service for the price point

It’s pricey considering the bed comfort. You may stay there for the views. And the restaurant is the best in Kazbegi

Pros:

첫날 하루종일 운무로 카즈베기 산이 보이지 않아 이 호텔의 가치를 못느꼈었는데
아침 5시에 눈을 뜨고 황금빛 카즈베기산을 보며 생각이 모두 바뀌었습니다.
그만큼 보이는 경관이 너무 훌륭했고 방은 무조건 산전망을 추천드립니다.
직원들도 모두 친절했습니다.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is great but try to get the room towards the restaurant side that will give amazing view.
Actually main view is from the restaurant terrace. One can go to restaurant for a meal and enjoy the view. No need to stay just to enjoy the view.

Персонал отвратительно разговаривает, принципиально игнорируя русский язык. Ничего не рассказали про отель, просто дали ключи и всё. У меня был день рождения. Я приехала компанией, мы забронировали 7 номеров. Все номера дали невидовые. На просьбу поменять сказали, что всё занято, хотя бронировали мы их за 3 месяца. Сами номера старые, всё отваливается, крошечные. Двери в ванную комнату стеклянные и прозрачные. Звукоизоляции ноль. Под окнами с 8 утра паркуются автобусы и сигналят.

Fantastisk udsigt og dejlig ro, sødt dog lidt uerfarent restaurants personale - receptionisterne var fremragende.
Dejlig morgenmad med stort udvalg.
Gode parkeringsforhold.
Dejligt lyse værelser.

Cons:

Meget tynde vægge, der gjorde at man kunne høre når naboen kom larmende ind kl.00 om natten.
Møblerne på altanen var for lave så man kiggede ind i gelænderet.
Møblerne på den store terrasse var ubehagelig at sidde i.
Herudover var de møbler man kunne sidde i i loungen når man skulle spise primært sofaer, her ville det foretrækkes at have lidt flere møbler man kan sidde ordentligt i, når selve restaurants området ellers er fuldt booket.
