Все было на вполне достойном уровне за исключением абсолютно безобразной работы обслуживающего персонала в ресторане: пришли на ужин,через 20 минут сидения получили меню,через пол часа после заказа еще не получили воду и вино.Заказанную еду принесли через час с момента заказа уже холодной.Долго извинялись,но общего впечатления это уже не изменило.

property is excellent but not managed properly.
Pros:

View is excellent, breakfast is good,room is not good for example couch looks very dirty not properly maintained,coffee tea maker is provided but no coffee beans was there , television was not there when we saw other rooms of our category has the facility we asked them for the same. staff is not cooperative.

Rooms they provided us and behaviour of staff as if they are doing us favour.

הכל. מלון מעולה. נחזור בשמחה.

תאורה!. אין בכלל תאורה, כנראה כחלק מהאווירה והעיצוב. אין תאורה במרחבים המשותפים, עד כדי כך שבערב, מוסיפים נרות על השולחנות בכדי לראות מה אוכלים.
בחדר כנל, אי אפשר להתאפר מרוב שחשוך. היה נחמד מראת איפור מגדילה עם אור :).

A beautiful and very enjoyable hotel with stunning views and a great atmosphere. The only downside is that the walls between the rooms are too thin, so there is very little sound insulation. Unfortunately, we had to change rooms in the middle of the night because we could clearly hear our neighbor snoring. On the positive side, the hotel staff handled the situation quickly and very professionally, and we really appreciated their excellent service.
