Huzurlu güzel bir tatil oldu
Pros:

Personel, denize sıfır, yeşil ve mavi birleşmesi, yemekler, animasyon ekibinin şovları

Cons:

Beğenmediklerim değil ama daha iyi olabilecek konular 1-herşey dahil sisteminde dondurma olabilirdi. 2-boş şezlong bulmak bazen zor olabiliyor.

Die Aussicht ist wirklich wunderschön. Leider kann ich das Gleiche nicht über alle Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sagen. Besonders einige der Angestellten, die die Gäste beim Check-in empfangen, vermitteln eher das Gefühl, eine Kaserne mit strengen Regeln zu betreten, als in einem Hotel anzukommen, in dem man seinen Urlaub genießen möchte. Außerdem hatten wir den Eindruck, dass russische Gäste deutlich aufmerksamer behandelt wurden als türkische Gäste.

Leider ist dieses Hotel kein Ort, den wir als Familie ein zweites Mal buchen würden. Der Grund ist nicht nur das schlechte Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sondern vor allem die grundlegenden Mängel beim Gästeservice. Man fühlt sich hier einfach nicht wie im Urlaub.

Die Zimmer sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das angebliche Doppelbett besteht in Wirklichkeit aus zwei zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten, zwischen denen sich eine breite Lücke befindet. Für Paare ist das keine akzeptable Lösung.

Strandtücher können nur bis 12:00 Uhr abgeholt werden und müssen spätestens um 18:00 Uhr zurückgegeben werden. Obwohl die Zimmer über einen Safe verfügen, muss dafür zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Gleichzeitig weist das Hotel in einem Informationsblatt darauf hin, dass es für verlorene Wertsachen keine Haftung übernimmt. Gerade in einem Bereich, der den Gästen Sicherheit vermitteln sollte, hinterlässt dieses Vorgehen einen sehr unangenehmen Eindruck.

Das Meer ist traumhaft, der Strandservice dagegen leider unzureichend. Tagsüber werden nur für kurze Zeit Pizza und Köfte angeboten, frisches Obst oder andere kleine Snacks gibt es nicht. Auch der Getränkeservice endet bereits um 17:00 Uhr. Wer danach etwas essen oder trinken möchte, muss den Strand verlassen und bis zum Hauptrestaurant laufen. Im Urlaub möchte man sich damit eigentlich nicht ständig beschäftigen müssen.

Anstatt den Komfort der Gäste zu verbessern, setzt das Hotel auf unnötige und sehr strenge Regeln, die die Urlaubsfreude erheblich einschränken.

Очень дружелюбный, внимательный и заботливый персонал)! Прекрасное расположение)! Питание достойное похвалы. Изумительные виды на бухту. Чистое и спокойное море. Удобные ступени для входа в море с пляжа. Много сосен и кустов, которые дают тень и радуют взор.

Cons:

Уборка номера в этот раз была неудовлетворительной (это моё четвёртое проживание в отеле, и раньше чистота в номере была на должном уровне).

Pros:

Спокойный отель в лесу на берегу моря, что еще можно хотеть. Отлично расположен (2 километра от соседних городков по прогулочной набережной). Приветливый персонал, чистота. Настоящий отдых в очень красивом месте. Стоит учесть, что придется подниматься по лестницам.

Muhteşem Bir Mayıs Tatili

Özellikle restoran servis ekibi başta olmak üzere, animatörlerden, temizlik görevlilerine herkes güler yüzle ve harika hizmet sundular. Mayıs ayında, sezon daha yeni açılıyorken ve havalar-deniz henüz tam anlamıyla ısınmamışken gittiğimiz, otel ziyaretçi sayısı ortalamanın altında olduğu bir dönemde, eğlenceli aktiviteler ve mükemmel-çeşitleri bol yemekler ile muhteşem bir tatil geçti.

Cons:

Tek söz edebileceğim olumsuzluk, gittiğimiz ay ve döneme de bağlı olduğunu bildiğim, deniz bar yiyeceklerinin, normalde olduğundan daha az çeşitli (örn. Pizza varken hamburger yok, sadece bir gün köfte çıktı) ve biraz da malzemesi az hazırlanmış olması. Bunun dışında ne temizlik konusunda, ne tesisin diğer olanaklarına ilişkin bir olumsuzluk yaşamadık.
