You can choose the first shift in the morning or the first shift in the afternoon. Check with the hotel the schedule according to season.

Great Hotel, Restaurant and facilities, let down when an issue arose,,,, poor customer relations

We enjoyed the Spa Facilities and the Coverso Restaurant and the ambience of the hotel.

Staff were friendly particularly Hugo who showed us to our room and assisted with luggage. Martin in Converso restaurant was also excellent

Cons:

We had to endure a very bad sewage smell in Room 162 the first night which took over 1.5hrs to resolve the next morning by moving us to the smallest room 155. This room was also the furthest to walk from reception and the spa. There was no gesture of compensation for this inconvenience, but we did pay the correct rate for the smaller room. On checking out Jimena said she would investigate what had happened despite the fact it was now 24hrs after the issue arose. i was advised that the hotel director would be in touch on Saturday 12th September but as yet no contact. this is very poor customer relations and reflects an insincerity in their approach. In summary great property and facilities let down by poor management when an issue arose

La insonorización podía ser mejor. Por la noche se oía las fiestas de las bodas, y tuvimos un bebé que nos despertó los dos días a las 6:30.

Todo. Es un sitio ideal para desconectar unos días y descansar. La ubicación, el personal, las instalaciones, todo ello, hacen que sea idílico. Esta vez era nuestra cuarta vez y repetiremos seguro.

Cons:

Por poner una pega: no nos pusieron cama de matrimonio. Eran dos camas juntas. Aún así, comodisimas.
