Le prix de l’hôtel est contenu.
Il ne mérite clairement pas 5 étoiles. En effet, les finitions de la chambre laissaient à désirer, le matelas n’était pas très confortable, trop dur à mon goût. Cet encadrement de lit en bois d’au moins 30 cm de largeur, en position basse, est plus dangereux qu’autre chose. Cela rend l’installation dans le lit périlleuse.
Le savon pour les mains n’était pas rempli.
Le minibar est coincé dans un meuble encastré et fermé par une porte devant. Cela crée un îlot de chaleur autour du minibar, ce qui lui demande de fonctionner avec plus de puissance pour produire moins de froid. Les espaces communs laissaient à désirer en termes de propreté.
Aussi, l’emplacement est dans une zone industrielle plutôt délabrée aux alentours.

Size of the apartment was good .
We were not able to get basics from the beginning of the stay like first night when we reached hotel late we didn’t get any adapters from them when we ask they look at us like we asking something extraordinary thing, and no support was provided on the matter. There were lack of tissues in the apartment and when requested the reception answer was ‘we do not have tissues at the moment’ (keeping in mind, they advertised as a 5 star facility). The next morning we were doing breakfast, which was way below 5 star standard and lacked any variety and definitely not worth the extra charge they ask for, housekeeping came out of blue and slam the tissues on the breakfast table without any explanation, I will attach pic of that as well. The purpose of booking this apartment was solely based on kitchen as we need to wash baby things but surprisingly kitchen tap wasn’t working and we raised that issue many times and it took 4 days to solve this problem and to have a fully functional tap. We had to follow up number of times and worse part was the issue was not even that big as when right person came to fix, it took only ten minutes to fix it so the issue was very small but they weren’t capable to fix it asap for their guests. I will attach pic of water pressure as well. Another main concern was hot water which wasn’t coming when we were staying and our kids were very unhappy and it’s unacceptable to give them bath in cold water, again this is basic necessity that should be provided at all hotels let alone a 5 star hotel. We raised this issue as well but they said it will come soon, it took 2 days for this to be sorted. The cleaning staff was not cleaning properly even they leave perishable items as it is on the table, and did not make up the living room as required, I will attach photo for this too.
