Pros:

Nice, comfy and central option for sightseeing
Pros:

Very friendly staff and excellent location. Near to transport nodes and tourist centres. Easy to explore both beyoglu and sultanahmet

Cons:

The rooms are comfy and clean. It's all you need if you intend to just recharge before another day of exploring the city. Our particular room could use some attention by the handyman as some bathroom fixtures were lose as well as the shower door. Another downside was the terrible WiFi. Don't expect to use it for more than messaging.

Not sure why so many positive reviews. Hotel needs maintenance and proper cleaning.

Poor room cleanliness, smell of cigarette smoke, many fixtures in disrepair, shower didn't drain, weak WiFi, limited space in breakfast area so had to wait for table

Cons:

A kilátás egy romhalmazra nézett, ahol macskák vernyákoltak. A valaha fehér függönyök szürkék voltak a portól, a szobában elő is jött az allergiám. Hiába tettem ki a ne zavarjon táblát, csak bejöttek a szobába. A reggeli nem volt kiadós, választék se volt sok, de amit adtak, az jó volt. Az ágymatrac sem egy új darab lehetett, eléggé kifeküdték már, a klímánál pedig a hőfok 20 celziusz volt, nem lehetett állítani.

Cons:

Poor WiFi: slow downloads/uploads high latency and poor reception at rooms. But it’s just about usable and we don’t come to an Istanbul hotel to spend too much time on the internet. Breakfast wasn’t buffet and there was no jogurt, cereal, juice, fruit nor cold meat. The bread, cheese and eggs were nice though. Breakfast was only available from 8:30am so we missed it a few times as we needed to leave early. We had two rooms, the double room (410) was fine but nothing special. Window view was very gloom. Aircon was central but controlled from the room but even when set to 19C was just strong enough to keep it decent however won’t be enough for AC fanatics. Bathroom shower mixer was low quality and didn’t mix cold and hot water properly so you get to experience colder and hotter water coming from the shower head. Water pressure was constantly changing, likely not enough water pressure in the system to get to the third floor. Bathroom basin threw foul smells when running water, likely missing U-trap (seen this before many times in poorly constructed toilets). None of the bathrooms had windows nor the extraction fans seemed to activate so lacked proper ventilation. Suite room (408) was nicer as lots of space, little window bay with table/chair and big walk in shower. Pillows were too big and hard for our taste but we found softer ones on the hall cupboards and helped ourselves to them. Bottled water was provided in the rooms and they had a little fridge and a safety deposit box. Location wise is very convenient as it’s very close to Tram T1 Karakoy but you need to walk uphill a bit to get to the hotel. Luckily the hotel does have a lift but it’s tiny so max 2 normal size people or 3 tiny ones fit on it. We didn’t raise any of these issues since its clear these don’t have an easy solution. Overall this is neither a great nor a bad hotel. There isn’t anything too bad or too great about it. It’s average in everything as it misses in some details.

Отличное расположение, но до метро далековато, если идти с чемоданами. Но зато мы заселялись и порта - пришли пешком, быстро и очень удобно по прямой

Красивый вид из окна, эркер в номере добавил атмосферы. В отеле лифт, сантехника работала отлично, в ванной чисто. Номер как фото. Кровать удобная, матрасы новые, очень порадовало.
Полотенца, постельное - все чистое!!!
Был завтрак, скромный, но вполне нормальный, наелись, даже ребенок поел.
Номер просторный. Вобщем остались довольны. Отель добавила в избранное
