There was no soap in the shower. The room had a cigarette smell. The mattress was not very comfortable

Immer wieder sehr gerne
Pros:

Die Lage ist mit Hund ideal, zahlreiche Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind direkt in der Nähe, zur historischen Altstadt von Mindelheim und Restaurants ist es nicht weit!

Das (knappe) Personal ist im Stress aber supernett und hilfsbereit!!

Toller Hotel - sehr modern & zweckmäßig mehr braucht man nicht
Pros:

Räumlichkeiten komfortabel und geräumig.
Tolles Frühstück und netter,kompetenter Mitarbeiter

Cons:

TV total verstellt,kein einziger deutscher Sender
Fahrstuhlanzeige kaum lesbar
Außenbeleuchtung strahlt die ganze Nacht ins Zimmer so das es taghell ist.Und zum Schlafen konnte man bei dieser Hitze kein Rollo zu machen

Wir buchen wieder bei Ihnen und empfehlen ihr GS Hotel auch weiter.
Pros:

Lage, Anbindung zur Autobahn optimal.
Größe und Einrichtung des Zimmers sehr zufriedenstellend.
Das Einchecken außerhalb der Rezeptionszeit hat super einfach geklappt, ebenso das Auschecken!!!

Cons:

Sauberkeit, am Boden befand sich noch ein Stück Plastikfolie.
ein Zahnputzglas war nicht sauber.
Waschbecken Abflussstöpsel nicht bedienbar, Druckhebel fehlt.
Schade das man ARD, ZDF und das 3. Programm BR nicht empfangen konnte.
