sehr zu empfehlen für Stop-Over in Nähe des Flughafens (ca. 25min mit Taxi)
Pros:

Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren qualitativ herausragend. Wir haben zweimal an unterschiedlichen Tagen dort übernachtet.
Großer Garten, ruhige Lage

Cons:

Pros:

Lage, Lage, Lage. Direkt am Strand, Blick aus dem Zimmer unmittelbar auf das Meer, nicht was den Blick verdecken oder stören könnte (wir hatten das Zimmer mittig im 2. Stock).
Early check-in und late check-out waren bei uns kein Problem.

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivés vers 19h après une longue route
Nous avons été accueillis par une personne nous demandant de choisir notre diner avant même de pouvoir nous installer dans nos chambres et nous relaxer un peu. Il fallait faire vite car la cuisine ferme à 20h.
Il n'y a pas de possibilité de prendre un petit dej avant 8h car la cuisine n'ouvre pas avant 8h... nous devions partir le matin à 7h30 pour prendre notre avion
La personne de l'accueil nous a alors proposer des box petit dej : une clémentine, un chocolat au lait hyper sucré et un petit gâteau bref, pas le petit dej dont nous rêvions
L'acoustique des chambres est très mauvaise. L'hôtel était complétement vide à l'exception d'une autre famille installée dans la chambre juste à côté de la notre. L'un de leur 2 enfants agé de 10-12 ans était particulièrement bruyant et nous n'avons pas pu fermé l'œil avant minuit. Pourquoi avoir installé les 2 familles cote à cote alors que l'hôtel est grand ?

Pros:

Todo increible! El trato de la anfitriona excepcional, atentos a todas nuestras peticiones. Cenamos allí y la comida muy buen. La pena fue solo habernos quedado una noche, ojalá nos hubiéramos quedado más días. Alojamiento más que recomendable!

Perfect stay
Pros:

Casa Silva is a beautiful setting, green grass, beautiful garden, pool, delicious food and all the facilities you might need. It was a great opportunity to relax. They also arranged my airport transfer which was perfect. Communication was clear and easy. A very unique and beautiful oasis of peace.

Room for improvement
Pros:

Big property with potential to be great. Near the airport. Shuttle service organised by the accommodation was good. Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The whole place seemed quite neglected. I liked the dogs but there was dog poo all over the property. Many seating opportunities outside but none of it was clean (bird poo). Beware they do not have vegetarian options for dinner. I ended up ordering chips and a salad. Was served something else instead which I think was meant well, but I had neither ordered, nor liked, nor eaten it and still had to pay the full price. Would've been find with the chips I wanted.
Reception was often vacated with no means to contact anybody.
Bedsheets and pillows had multiple stains. The room was very cold.
I wouldn't stay again even though staff was very nice.

Casa Silva offers an authentic, cozy and beautiful space to relax!
Pros:

We chose Casa Silva for our last night in Ecuador as we were flying up from Cuenca and had a very early flight to the US the next morning. We did not want our amazing trip to end at some generic airport hotel, nor did we want to deal with the 45-minute commute to/from Quito. We were exceedingly pleased to discover this gem of a property only about 20 minutes away from UIO. Our stay was way too short as we could easily have spent a few days bird watching and relaxing. We did however get to enjoy one beautiful evening walking the grounds and marveling at the eclectic collection of antiques and old photographs (one of the spaces is set up like a little museum!). We ate one of the better meals we had in all of Ecuador and the staff was so warm and friendly. They even packed us a little breakfast box since we had to leave for the airport at 4:00AM. Honestly, the best place to send us off from one of our favorite countries to date! Be mindful that this is a more remote/rural location. The hotel does offer transportation service but we also found Uber to work.

Cost effective and peaceful rest for few hours.
Pros:

Peaceful and quiet. And lovely landscaping. Staff at the hotel arranged my transportation to and from the airport. Felt safe as a solo traveler and it was most cost effective. I chose here because I needed a clean place close to the airport to rest for few hours before my flight around midnight.

Pros:

Nos gustó TODO, es un lugar de en sueño. Al entrar parece que estás entrando al paraíso, todos los trabajadores son súper prudentes y atentos para que todo salga a la perfección. Luisa que es la anfitriona gestionó el transporte, las comidas, las cenas, nunca tuvimos un no por respuesta. Su marido es el chef y tiene unas manos de oro, todo estaba buenísimo. Nos dejaron hacer late-check-out sin costo adicional. Lugar que repetiría sin lugar a dudas, muchas gracias por todo.

Wonderful stay near Quito airport - super nice and worth an extra night.
Pros:

This is a beautiful little hotel tucked into a quiet neighborhood. They have lovely grounds with flowers, plants and edible items. The rooms are comfortable and exactly as seen in the photos. Lots of hot water for the shower and sink, which was great. We found the bed comfortable as well. The restaurant is top notch. The chef uses fresh ingredients from the garden so the meals are simply wonderful. We had dinner as well as the included breakfast. Both meals were outstanding and the breakfast was so nice with fresh fruits, eggs and other tasty bits. We would have liked more time to enjoy the property, but we only had a 1 night stay booked between flights. The staff was lovely as well, making sure we had everything we needed for a good stay.

Cons:

Nothing, we would come back just to enjoy the property and restaurant for a couple of days.

A super green & comfortable spot for a few days or longer stay to enjoy the atmosphere
