Enjoyed our one night stay at Castle Dargan. Lovely peaceful location.
Pros:

The food was excellent.

Cons:

Some aspects of the property require attention such as one of the window handles in bedroom. Also, a door in the restaurant/ breakfast room looks grubby and dirty.

Large comfortable room with tea,coffee making facilities. Fantastic shower room. Brillant Mia at the spa, so professional, best massage ive had.

Cons:

No food available after 9 pm. We had just come in from golf. At least 2 other couples were looking for food at that time also. Desserts were the only option available. I would recommend having sandwiches or light bites available for golfers.

Das Hotel hatte ein großes Frühstücksbuffet, welches für Irland sehr vielfältig war. Das Zimmer war groß mit einem großen Bett und Badezimmer inkl. Badewanne.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Zimmer verhältnismäßig sehr günstig gebucht. Das konnten wir gefühlt am Zimmer merken, da einiges renovierungsbedürftig war (zB Fenster, die nicht 100% geschlossen werden konnten oder fehlende Hebelelemente an den Duschamaturen)
