Modern eingerichtet, Klimaanlage im Familienzimmer, sehr sauber, sehr geräumig, sehr modern, sehr freundliches Personal und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass die Klimaanlage bei 33° Außentemperatur bereits das Zimmer etwas vor gekühlt hätte. Klimaanlage hat allerdings sehr gut gearbeitet und fing nach rund 10 Minuten an das sehr große Zimmer deutlich runter zu fühlen. Beim Frühstück hätten wir uns noch Orangensaft und Multivitaminsaft gewünscht, sowie Bacon. Der Bewegungsmelder im Flur wurde durch das Personal glücklicherweise zugehört sonst wäre das Licht öfters angegangen, sehr sensibel eingestellt. Rezeption ist nicht 24/7 besetzt - war kein Problem, wenn man es vorher weiß.

Pros:

It looks better than in the pictures. All is very clean and organized. The shower was really nice. Kids had fun at the playground and we could drink our morning coffee in peace.

Cons:

We were arriving late and had to call a few times that evening to get a door code before the reception closes at 10pm. In the end all went smooth for us and reception staff resolved it and send us a message with the code for late check in. But some other people were not so lucky and were locked outside in the night because they didn’t check if they received the code.

Einziger Pluspunkt ist das tolle Klettergerüst und die Nähe zum Europapark und Rulantica.

Cons:

Man weiß gar nicht wo genau man anfangen soll die vielen negativen Punkte aufzuzählen. Gebucht hatten wir die Suite mit Balkon. Alles alt und deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Der Boden knarrt so laut, dass leises laufen unmöglich ist. Das Bad ist optisch schön, aber in der Dusche bleibt das Wasser stehen. Die Dusche riecht so sehr nach Abfluss, dass einem schlecht wird. In der kleinen Kammer im Flur lag eine benutzte Windel. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, geholfen wurde uns nicht, wir sollten eine Nummer anrufen, da wurde man auch nur vertröstet. Service also gleich null. Der Balkon ist so abgenutzt, dass es nicht sehr gemütlich ist dort zu sitzen. Das Frühstück ist alles andere als „aussergewöhnlich“. Kein Saft, nur Zitronenwasser. Wenig Auswahl bei Müsli und Marmelade. Geschirr zusammengewürfelt und nicht ansprechend. Man muss erstmal suchen, um alles Besteck/Geschirr zu finden. Brötchen nicht frisch und teilweise vom Vortag. Die Bettumrandung war kaputt, das Schloss von der Tür im Bad ist rausgebrochen. Es gibt nur zwei Steckdosen, eine benötigt der Fernseher, wenn er denn geht und eine braucht man für die Nachttischlampe. Man könnten noch etliche weitere Punkte aufzählen.
