Not easy accessibility to assist customers issues

It Was near to my work place hence I choose

Despite having a prepaid booking, I was asked to pay an additional amount of Rs. 830 at the time of check-in. As I did not have sufficient time or alternative options to find another hotel, I was compelled to pay the extra amount.
This situation is unacceptable, as I had specifically chosen and trusted your service for a hassle-free prepaid booking experience. Unfortunately, this has been a disappointing experience and has affected my confidence in your brand.
I kindly request you to review this matter and refund the excess amount of Rs. 830 at the earliest.
