The staff was great but due to the disappointing room I won't be back.
Pros:

Every staff member I encountered and interacted with was professional, courteous, and helpful. Location is conveniently right next to I-10, making it relatively easy to drive to.

Cons:

Room was oddly-shaped. It was a ''suite" but only 1 room had a window. Only 1 chair and no desk, making it unsuitable for working. Carpet needed cleaning and bed was uncomfortably too-firm. Balcony was triangular with little to see outside it and nothing to sit on. Room service is only available on weekends. The breakfast buffet was pathetic.

Cons:

I specifically booked this hotel through Booking.com because breakfast was included in the reservation. However, the hotel refused to honor this and did not provide breakfast. The staff showed little interest in helping or finding a solution, leaving me to deal with the problem myself. This level of customer service is unacceptable and significantly impacted my overall experience. I would not stay here again.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Great family room to sleep 5. Lovely having breakfast included. Fantastic pool area and location was 5 mins walk to Santa Monica pier with train and bus minutes away.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and found the location to be excellent. Although I was allocated one of the least desirable rooms, located very close to the gym, the overall experience was positive.
However, I believe there is one area that could be improved. For a hotel of this category, staff should pay closer attention to children running around the breakfast area and handling food with their hands. This is not very hygienic and increases the risk of contamination, especially when other guests may unknowingly consume food that has already been touched.
I believe better supervision in the breakfast area would help maintain higher hygiene standards and improve the experience for all guests.

Tekrar bu tesiste kalırım ama kahvaltı satın almam.
Pros:

Konumu çok iyiydi. Odalar rahat ve temizdi. Vale seçeneği olması büyük bir avantaj oldu.

Cons:

Kliması çok sesli çalışıyordu. Kahvaltı dahil olarak aldığımız pakette sunulan açık büfe seçeneği (asla günlük 25 dolar etmeyecek kadar) çok başarısızdı. Menüden seçmeli olarak kahvaltı almayı tercih ederdim.
