من أفضل الفنادق التي أقمت فيها في جاكرتا. يتميز بموقع استثنائي، ومستوى نظافة ممتاز، وغرف واسعة ومريحة، ومرافق متكاملة تلبي جميع الاحتياجات. كما أن طاقم الاستقبال كان في غاية الاحترافية والود، وكان التعامل معهم راقياً وسريعاً.

المطعم رائع جداً، سواء من حيث جودة الطعام أو تنوعه، أما الإطلالة فهي من أجمل الإطلالات التي استمتعت بها خلال إقامتي، وتضيف تجربة مميزة للفندق.

بصراحة، الفندق ممتاز من جميع النواحي ويستحق 10/10 بكل جدارة. إنه فندق استثنائي، وإذا عدت إلى جاكرتا مرة أخرى فسيكون بلا شك خياري الأول للإقامة

الشيء الوحيد الذي لم يعجبني هو أن الوصول سيرًا على الأقدام من الفندق إلى المول المقابل يتطلب المرور عبر منطقة تضم منازل بسيطة وأزقة ضيقة وإضاءتها محدودة، وهو ما قد يجعل المشي، خاصة في المساء، غير مريح لبعض النزلاء.

عدا ذلك، كانت جميع جوانب الإقامة ممتازة، ولم أواجه أي ملاحظات أخرى. تجربتي كانت رائعة، وأقيّم الفندق بنسبة 100%.

مريحة لكن تصرف القائم على المطعم غير شريف يجب تغيير المطعم

كانت إقامه رائعه و خدمات طاقم الفندق كانت راقيه منهم جميعا ولا أنسى Riska Amelia , Bella Sandra, Irvan Mavlang فأشكرهم جميعا فقد كانوا يتفانون بالخدمه و الابتسامه و تقديم ماكل يطلبه النزيل فمثلا ضاعت مني بطاقة مفتاح الغرفه و كنت بالمطعم بالدور 90 فذهبت الموظفه بالمطعم Amelia للدور للاستقبال بالدور الأرضي و جاءت بالبديل و انا على طاولة الافطار بالدور 90 فشكرا لها على ذلك ، انصح بقوه بهذا الفندق و لهم الشكر و التقدير..
