State-of-the-art service and hospitality
Pros:

An absolutely state-of-the-art experience from start to finish. The staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the breakfast service is equally outstanding, with food that is genuinely delicious. A special mention must go to Irfan, whose name truly says it all—he understands the very essence of hospitality. Overall, this level of service is hard to top.

The views over the city are spectacular, as the rooms are situated on the 83rd floor and above. The restaurant and breakfast experience on the 90th floor are equally remarkable; you can even watch the chef prepare a six-course meal right in front of you. It simply doesn't get any better than this.

Cons:

Very hard to find anything to complain about, honestly.
Maybe would be nice to have some business/office facilities (if you need to print or scan something etc.)

An enjoyable stay in a well run hotel with a very comfortable room in a great location.
Pros:

Well run by highly trained staff. Location by the mall. 24 hour room service. The shower is amazing. Very responsive telephone receptionist.

Cons:

The wifi is fast but clunky to connect to.
