check in malam raya ambik bilik twin.. masuk2 bilik tgk katil berhabuk, cadar ada kesan darah.. dan kuning2.. komplen kt suami, dia kate ok lg.. tp bila bukak aircond keluar lipas dr aircond terus turun bawah kt reception cakap dkat staff situ. seb baik staff baik dia kata dia tukarkan bilik.. dapat bilik triple yg queen+single.. okla takde lipas tp bilik mmg berhabuk dan sedikit berbau hapak.. tilam pulak memang rapat spring ke katil.. bantal dapat satu tu pun nipis.. toilet bowl mmg penuh kesan kuning2.. terpaksa hadap je sbb mlm raya dh lewat penat nk cari hotel lain.. harga hotel bukan murah cleanliness boleh improve lg.. dlu penah stay sini 2024 rasa ok je.. kali ni mmg kecewa.. takkan duduk sini lg lainkali..

Tolong tingkatkan kebersihan bilik..mula2 dpt bilik yg xsama n cadar tu ada stain..bilik air pun kurang bersih
