Management has to look for tourist’s comfort first.
Pros:

Food is good

Cons:

1.Mattress of the bed was in bad condition
2. Intercom was out of order throughout our stay
3. Lift was out of order on 1st day and again broke down on second day
4. Leakage from the geyser taps
5. Television was operational with limited no.of channels.
6. Man at reception was adamant to take the full amount in advance and we could checked in after payments and many round of discussions.

It’s not good if I go back to past and have a chance to change the hotel I would like to change my hotel and not waste
Pros:

I just hate the Property as the property is very unhygienic and smells. The seating toilet pot is also not good and breaks. When I told them about pot they ignored and didn’t listen at all

Cons:

It’s nothing like about the property. The staff is rude and very aggressive.

Bad.They are taking advance deposit money for booking where as they have written pay at property.

Pros:

I have cancelled my just because of the non availability of location. Staff is totally irresponsible & very careless. They have not responded to me to send the location of the property for almost 3 hrs. In the end I got another property to stay. The staff asked me for the cancellation.

Area of room as promised.

Cons:

There was no convince to go to properly. First he cancelled my previous booking. Then a fresh booking made. The Policy was not transparent. There was no water kettle neither provided. The room was without Sunlight/Proper ventilation.

Experience with Overconfidents
Pros:

Nothing, Booking cancelled due to arrogant behaviour

Cons:

The Desk guy's presentation was so full of haughtiness, they were not bothered to entertain booking & made us wait (which we tried ignoring)
Impression for room was delivered like 'this is the only thing we can offer you' & that is for pre-booked room This Attitude forced me to cancel my booking as if we are there just to pay them for nothing but onion smell
