Für Kurztrip ausreichend. Wohlfühlmoment war gegeben.
Pros:

Zimmer war echt top, auch das gratis upgrade und der Blick aufs Meer.

Mitarbeiter waren stehts bemüht.
Fotograf im Hotel war ebenso top.

Lage direkt am Strand/Meer, eigener Beach Bereich. Liegen und Schirme gratis und ausreichend vorhanden.

Cons:

Pool Leiter:
Innen und Außenpool sind beide Leitern defekt, wackeln und birgt Gefahr besonders für Kinder.

Ebenso die Essensauswahl, mega viel, leider nicht viel für Kinder dabei.
Öffnungszeiten Restaurant etwas unpassend bzw. Essen an der Strandbar sehr dürftig.

Leider war die Badezimmertüre kaputt, wurde nach Beschwerde notdürftig getaped. Zudem wurde unter dem Waschtisch nicht ordentlich gewischt. War viel Dreck/Staub darunter.

Pros:

La piscine, la plage la vue magnifique
La nourriture varier et correcte , quoi que pour les personnes qui mange Halal se serait bien d’adapter .
Personnel gentil et respectueux.

Cons:

La literie serait vraiment revoir. En tout cas dans notre chambre les lits étaient pas du tout confortable
Et il serai bien de mettre des rideau occultant.

Best family vacation ever!
Pros:

This was one of the best vacations we had two families who are family together. One 2 year old one 3 year old one 5 year old 4 parents and one grandma. It was outstanding. The meals were unbelievable. Everything was always clean and staff worked so hard. It was fantastic to go to the private beach the beautiful pool. We always had sunbeds. Little bit of entertainment in the evening was perfect. 5 year old loved the kids club. The rooms were spacious and modern. Beautiful views. My son told me don’t forget to say how fabulous to go to any bar all day and pour from draft our own beer wine water and juices. Snacks all day long. It was just outstanding for us. We relaxed and enjoyed every moment together. Well done to the staff! Great. Really great!

Skvělý pobyt
Pros:

Ubytování, jídlo, poloha, pláž, přístup personálu, velikost balkónu, výhled, prostě vše.. :)

Cons:

Jediné co bych vytknul, je kluk na pláži, který uklízí sklenice. Plážový bar je do 18ti hodin, pláž je otevřená do 20ti hodin. Kluk Vám v 18:02 vezme pití, protože to je jeho práce a vůbec se s Vámi nebaví. Člověk chce třeba zůstat na pláži s pitím déle a užívat si počasí, což bohužel nelze a kazí to dojem.. :(

À l aller , 16 heures pour faire 20 km entre l aéroport de dubrovnik et l hôtel
Au retour 8 heures
C est inadmissible car pas la moindre communication

Pros:

The hotel is right at the beach, it had enough chairs and umbrellas no matter when you came. The hotel staff was friendly.

Cons:

The food was very repetitive and if you have kids and picky eaters it could be an issue.
The water in both pools was very cold, we went in july.
The all inclusive options were very limited - snack during the day was not fresh cold sandwich or piece of pizza that sat in the box whole day. So that was very dissapointing.
