Very comfortable and the AC is cold
Pros:

We don't have breakfast. We always eat out. The father the room from the lobby,the slower the internet. Staff are very accommodating. Housekeeping is very quick to respond to our requests. The security guard is very helpful. Definitely this will be the place I will stay when I come back Dumaguete.

The cost was minimal and allowed me to take care of my business affairs
Pros:

Close to the mall.

Cons:

To much noise from construction at the hotel and on the addition to the mall.
No closet space and insects (ants) made it so any snack food had to be packed in a freezer bag and in a suitcase

Pros:

Walking distance to Robinsons mall

Cons:

Bed made noise every.time you moved, hard to sleep. Bathroom needs refurbishment, tiles squished with water underneath them and grout was badly stained or missing looking dirty.
