Very dirty room seen many insects inside bathroom and in the room , unprofessional and un trained staff , they easily switched off main switch to shut ac , very off location , 2 days even I was requesting for the towels

Overall was good experience.
Pros:

Room was comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

The staff at the reception was not much welcoming, they kept me waiting for more than 20 minutes though I have already requested to checkin at 10 am but they let me check in after 11 AM

Breakfast unavailability
Pros:

Environment and cleanliness were well . Everything includinf staff was good . Just breakfast was unavailable when i called at 8am. It should ready early in morning but staff said cook is not available.
