As soon as I walked up to the service window the husband and wife were stereotyping me.
I booked it online. It did not say anything about a $50 cash deposit that would be returned to me at checkout, so I did not have the $50 cash on me so I asked if they could take it from my credit card and they said no, so they made me walk across the street to a gas station to use the ATM machine. But the gas station was closed. When I went back to tell them that the ATM was not available. There was another guy, renting a room who was white and he was not asked for a $50 cash deposit. So I complained. The room walls had holes and were filthy. There was glitter dust all over the floor probably from the last guest. The bed cover had two cigarette burns , and there was graffiti on a wall. And you could hear the neighbors on the next room walls are paper thin even when I was checking out the owner manager stepped out of the office and was standing by the sidewalk, keeping an eye on me getting into my vehicle, making sure that I wasn't taking anything from the room. The only reason I did not check out was because I was in town for a funeral and it was the only thing available that late at night, I will definitely not stay there ever again.

OK. I won't stay there again.
Pros:

Its cheap. Room and shower is pretty good inside.

Cons:

They make you pay $50 cash deposit. parking is awful. You have to drive round the back. There is a liquor store 50 yards away. Not a great area. You have to communicate through a plastic barrier.
