Important information:

When traveling with pets, please note that pets up to 10 kg are allowed in the one-bedroom apartments only and extra charge of BGN 25 per stay/night applies. Please note that for the rooms that include a fireplace, logs are provided only at an additional charge. For reservations from 13 April 2023 to 17 April 2023 a Festive Easter Lunch is included in the price on 16 April 2023.

The 3rd March package prices are for three nights, per room and include:
*complimentary coffee and mini bar upon check-in;
*breakfasts at a buffet;
*holiday buffet lunch on 3rd of March and musical entertainment;
*free use of heated pool, Roman steam bath, aroma steam bath, infrared sauna, Finnish sauna and adventure shower;
*Wi-Fi;
*free parking;
*tourist tax, tourist insurance and VATPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und das Zimmer war wirklich sehr groß und sauber. Auch das Badezimmer war modern eingerichtet.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war vollkommen ausreichend und wir hatten eine gute Auswahl. Wir haben auch am Abend im Hotelrestaurant gegessen, da das Hotel sehr abseits gelegen ist. Es war wirklich sehr gut und geschmackvoll.

Cons:

Die Gepflogenheiten in der Sauna. Wir wussten, dass man in Bulgarien nicht nackt in die Sauna geht, andere Länder, andere Sitten, aber dass die Gäste sich mit Badekleidung direkt auf das Holz setzen, alles vollschwitzen und kein Handtuch hinlegen, das geht gar nicht. Vollkommen unhygienisch.

Tolles Hotel mit guter Gadtronomie. Internationaler Standard in den serbischen Bergen .
Zwei gute Bars.
Super Personal .

Cons:

Beleuchtung im Badezimmer katastrophal schlecht. Parkplätze weit entfernt vom Eingang und unübersichtliche Beschilderung.

Тишината и спокойствието

Cons:

В коридорите миришеше малко на застояло и тежко като миризма.. иска си проветряваме. Снимките в букинг, заради които запазих стаята, не отговаряха на стаята, която ни беше дадена.. хубаво ще е да качите реални снимки на стаята, която човек си резервира, защото реално на база тях ти избираш коя стая да си запазиш.

A lovely place to stay!
Pros:

It was our second time visiting the hotel. And I can say it is much better than a few years ago. We booked a one-bedroom apartment and received a free upgrade to a two bedroom apartment!! So our teenage daughter had her own room. The staff was very friendly and polite, the food was good. And the nature was beautiful. We will return again!

Чисто, спретнато и спокойно
Pros:

В хотела и стаята не ни липсваха удобства и имаше всичко необходимо, а самата стая беше чиста и подредена. Мястото беше спокойно и гледките бяха красиви. Кухнята беше вкусна, а при нужда от разнообразие, градът е на 10 минути с кола. Едно от Смоленските езера беше на 5 минути пешеходно разстояние
