It was a good location, a pleasant suite to stay in, and we'd stay there again.
Pros:

Very comfortable, very clean, spacious, reasonably well-stocked kitchen. We had good control over the heating and cooling. The bed was comfortable and had extra blankets available. We appreciated that we could open the windows for fresh air. We had what we needed for our stay. Check-in and check-out was easy and well-explained.

Cons:

Lights over sink didn't work, so that part of the kitchen was dark, making it harder to see if we washed the dishes well. The building overall could use more care, but I'm assuming it's not cost-effective to do so. No staff on site most of the time. Again, probably not cost-effective at least during this time of year.

After some difficulty getting in to the hotel, we loved the facilities and location.
Pros:

Beautiful historic hotel with comfortable beds in a very clean room. Nice bathroom. Excellent location with many nearby restaurants to choose from. I'll definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The check-in process was pretty mysterious. The email I'd received did not explain that I needed to go to another location to pick up my keys and keypad codes. I had to find that out from the waitress at a nearby bar! Had she not known, we would not have been able to get into the hotel, as there is no desk staff there.

Pros:

Fantastic location. Very clean

Cons:

I ask for a kitchenette. The picture with the description of the room was showing a stove. Having diabetes my niece and I have to prepare our meals carefully. Their description of a kitchenette is a coffee pot and a microwave. Ihad this pland for two years and this is the only place that says a kitchenette is a coffee maker and a microwave. The place was great but not what I was expecting to get EXPECTING a place to fix our food.
I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone because of deception of showing a stove and saying that's not what we ask for.

Pros:

The downtown location and the historic charm.

Cons:

The plumbing. The shower started whistling and wouldn't stop until I turned the water off and continued the next time I used it. It was very loud. The outlets on the lamps didn't work and there were limited places to plug things in.

I would book here again. Good experience.
Pros:

Location is great for dining within walking distance of pubs nearby. Received a nice email with information needed to stay. East pick up and directions provided. Very nice lady thanked me for our stay when dripping off the keys.

Cons:

The room was quaint but very small. I didn’t mind it as we weren’t in our room much. No staff at hotel. Quiet hotel.

Pros:

Had outpatient surgery and booked 4day/3night for recovery. Very peaceful, nice & very clean apartment at an affordable price

Cons:

There was nothing, not to dislike at this establishment.
We were very pleased with the atmosphere, easy process to check in and out

Hotel was close to event but such a hassle to go to another location for keys & then codes.
Pros:

Close to the downtown & beach

Cons:

All the running around to get your keys to get to & into the hotel. Would be so easy just to have a clerk at the front desk. Thats the only reason we're not sure if we'll be coming to the Island House hotel again. It was like some type of scavenger hunt 🥺
