Property is badly in need of repair. My reservation was not transfered to loc box location. I had to get special arrangements with the key holder.

Loved location. Walked to jet express and restaurant. Clean and quiet.

Cons:

Took a while to figure out how to get into hotel. It was a little like the Amazing Race. Figured it out though

It was a nice stay.
Pros:

There was no breakfast. The bed and bedding were VERY comfortable.

Cons:

There was only one chair in our room. There was no staff on duty, but we didn't really need anyone. I rented a "Deluxe King Suite," but was put in one room with a King bed. The hotel was very quiet, although based on the partially full parking lot, it appeared there were many rooms rented.

Cons:

First they gave us the wrong key. When we got the correct key, the room was not close to the pictures advertised. Pictures show a kitchen and couches. I realized the booking said microwave, fridge, and kitchenette. We went to the rental office and the man told us booking.com made the ads and it’s not his fault if they are misleading. He said “in the business, a kitchenette is a microwave, fridge, and a coffee maker. “. Then he tells us we ordered a 1 bed room. We showed the booking says 2 beds and he said booking.con screwed that up too. He then told us he has hundreds of properties and we could have one with the stuff we wanted BUT not at the price we paid. I said I’m not paying extra to get what the add shows and his response was “welp, that’s your choice I guess” with a smile on his face and then turned around and went back in the office. Awful customer service.

OK. Convenient location.
Pros:

Instructions for check in/out and key pick up very good. Room clean. Bed comfortable.

Cons:

Room was clean and smelled nice. Sheets were clean. Good place to sleep.

Cons:

Floor of room was flooded after heavy rain on July 5th. The only exit to get to my vehicle was flooded and I had to walk through ankle-high water to get to my car.

No room for toiletries, only small garbage can in bathroom, no place to put garbage, had to find garbage can in mora area.

Pros:

Location was great. Room was very clean. Check in/out procedure a bit clunky, but all the instructions and communication from the office made it fairly easy.

Cons:

Never saw any staff at the building. Attached restaurant and bar, J Lui, was closed but still part of the up front marketing. Need darkening blinds/curtains as it was extremely light in the room at night.
