Pros:

We always had fresh towels.

Cons:

The fact I forgot my tablet. Staff did not turn it in meaning they have a thief in the house. The safes in the room did not work. The room was not totally clean. Rooms definitely need updating.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay

Good for the money spent.
Pros:

The location, size of our suite, available amenities. Bathroom was nice. Extra sink in the bedroom was helpful. Balcony and the view was amazing. Indoor and outdoor pools, and the tanning deck.

Cons:

Room was older. Kitchen was pretty worn down. Older rusty appliances and Wood cabinets warped and falling apart. Walls are patched and makes it look dilapidated.

Outdated, mattress was very uncomfortable, closet was wet and staff didn't address it. Asked staff for comforters and they had me come downstairs and only allowed me to take 2 when I needed 3.
