Horrível, não se hospedem aqui. O quarto é um bunker escuro e sem janela.

Horrível. O quarto parece um bunker. Não tem janela, é sujo, não tem exaustor no banheiro, funcionários grosseiros e muito mal educados na recepção.

Cons:

Tudo. Pior hotel que já fiquei na vida. O quarto simplesmente não tem janela! Me senti em um bunker sujo, escuro e feio. Banheiro sujo, chuveiro e banho péssimos, sem exaustor, sem lugar para pendurar toalhas ou para deixar o sabonete/shampoo/condicionador enquanto se toma banho. Quarto com um suposto mini aquecedor elétrico na parede que não aquecia e era muito barulhento. Quarto frio. Horrível, não se hospedem lá.
Inicialmente, reservamos por duas noites. Mas assim que vimos que o quarto era um bunker, tentamos cancelar as duas noites. Os funcionários foram super grosseiros, mal educados, tivemos que esperar mais de meia hora para sermos atendidos. Eles entao só aceitaram cancelar a segunda noite. Fila de espera eterna para fazer o check in. Enfim, não se hospedem aqui.

Good for a short stay when the booking is actually reserved.
Pros:

The hotel stuff is very attentive and willing to provide support when needed, tho sometimes there were many people at the reception looking for support. The breakfast offers a lot of variety to choose from, also warm eggs. Location is in front of the St. Peters church.

Cons:

I had made two reservations and unfortunately, they decided to decline my card for one of them (same card for both bookings and for all my stays in Peru). This caused that I arrived to Cusco without a hotel and had to find one myself cause they didn't have a spare one. Later I learned they can intentionally mark any card as invalid just so. They helped to provide a better offer for the second reservation as a compensation.

Other than that, the room had a strange odor, so I needed to ventilate the room constantly.

Pros:

Estadía incrível. Lugar lindo, arquitetura charmosa e um jardim maravilhoso. Cama super confortável, banheiro amplo e com agua quente. O aquecedor nao estava funcionando, mas prontamente, ao reportar o problema, tudo foi resolvido. Aliás, os funcionários Ronald, Bruno e Wilber, foram essenciais para que me sentisse acolhida e cuidada, passando informações e cuidando de detalhes, que podem ser considerados pequenos, mas faze grande diferença quando se está numa altitude como Cuzco. Dicas de segurança, dicas pra locomoção e até fazer um chá, com ervas do jardim. Tudo o que um viajante precisa!!!
O café da manhã é bem gostoso, pães, frutas da época, iogurte, ovos mexidos e pratos tipicos.
Ah! O hotel conta com serviço de guardar bagagem.

Cons:

Como a janela nao tem uma cortina black-out, a iluminação do corredor na hora do sono mas, esse problema foi resolvido, os funcionários apagaram a luz quando solicitei.

Pros:

Quechua Hotel nos sorprendió para bien. Check-in rápido y nos acompañaron a la habitación. El trato del personal fue excepcional.

Destaco a Jesús, el administrador, y a todo el equipo de recepción por su ayuda inmediata cuando tuvimos un problema con la ducha. Nos ofrecieron cena gratuita y transporte al aeropuerto como compensación y estuvieron en contacto todo el tiempo.

La habitación es cómoda, el hotel es muy lindo arquitectónicamente y el desayuno excelente.

Cons:

Solo un poco de ruido entre habitaciones, pero lo normal

Die Unterkunft ist direkt im Zentrum. Wenige Minuten zu Fuss und man ist beim Plaza de Armas.
Das Hotel bietet ebenfalls kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung.

Buen hotel
Pros:

El desayuno fue generoso, las personas son amables y orientaban en lo requerido. Tuve que hacer cambio de habitación y salía muy temprano, ellos se entregaron de sacar equipaje para hacer check-out

Cons:

La habitación de la última noche daba a la calle y se escucho el ruido de los carros todo la noche.
