Die Lage der Unterkunft ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt.
Das Personal war unfreundlich und distanziert. Schon beim Betreten der Lobby fühlte man sich von Beginn an unwohl. Wir waren als Paar unterwegs und haben ein Zimmer mit zwei einzelnen Betten bekommen. Auf Nachfrage nach einem anderen Zimmer antwortete man kühl, dass alles belegt ist. Der Mitarbeitende hat sich nicht einmal die Mühe gegeben, etwas im System nachzuschauen. Zudem war unser Zimmer extrem klein, es gab kaum Abstellmöglichkeiten für Gepäck. Wir hatten die Unterkunft eigentlich nochmal gebucht für unseren Aufenthalt in Cusco nach dem Salkantay Trek, diese Buchung haben wir storniert und zum Glück dann ein besseres Hotel gefunden.

Perfectly located: just a 2-minute walk from the PeruRail station. The breakfast was nice. A separate thing to mention is the ability to have a dinner/supper at the hotel's restaurant. This is particularly important when you are tired after a long trip (e.g., to Palcoyo). Another great service is the ability to store a luggage not for a few hours but for several days, and for free! This is crucial for those who, after spending days in Cusco, go to Machu Picchu for another day or two -- you are only allowed to have a maximum 8-kg luggage on the train, leaving the rest somewhere in Cusco.
If your room's window face towards the street, it may be a bit loud at night, incl. after midnight, as occasional noise may easily wake you (e.g. a couple of friends going late back from a party, etc.) This was not a great issue, though: if you sleep at least 5-6 hours before going to a 1-day tour early morning, you should be fine during the tour.
The location was great! Close to most of the places.
Staff wasn’t the nicest. Most of the days we had excursions booked and we asked for a breakfast to take away and we were given a pack of small crackers and one mini chocolate bar and juice (no sandwich, no fruit).

Los desayunos, poco variado, sin nada de cosas dulces, como queques, galletas ,tarta etc..
Localização, café da manhã, proatividade dos funcionários em ajudar sempre. Cerca de 10 min de caminhada da plaza de armas (centro turístico de Cusco). Tem um restaurante funcionando até 22h que é uma ótima opção para dias de passeios cansativos ou que cheguem tarde.
Recomendo muito este hotel!!
Acomodação é antiga, mas em geral bem cuidada. Está dentro do proposto pro valor cobrado.

Os pessoal da recepção muito atencioso, especialmente o atendente Paulo.
Havia barulho de manutençao que nos impediram de descanso na hora do meio dia, e faltou luz pelo mesmo motivo, na hora do banho. Entendemos que isso tenha sido circunstancial.
La ubicación genial y el personal muy amable.
Llegamos y no teníamos champú lo dijimos y al día siguiente seguíamos sin tener solo dos sobrecitos el tercer día como habíamos gastado los sobres no teníamos otra vez y lo tuvimos que volver a decir, dejamos ropa para lavar y nos mancharon las camisetas blancas. Después de reclamar nos las volvieron a lavar pero la ropa no queda bien limpia y eso que el servicio de lavandería no es nada económico. El desayuno si lo pides para llevar ya que hay excursiones que salen muy temprano es ridículo. ( Un zumo, y dos galletas minúsculas) El precio de este hotel es el más caro que he pagado por mi viaje y para mí no corresponde a lo que es el hotel.
