The Hotel was really nice and in a great location. Staff were really helpful
I paid extra for a room with a spa, which could not be used. The tap was poorly positioned that it didn't actually go over the bath. The plug did not keep the water in, it also leaked causing the bathroom floor to be soaked. And the jets did not work.
