Great value, would recommend, but insist on an inner room not facing the street.
Pros:

Nice staff, great breakfast, hot water with good water pressure in shower, comfortable and clean room, good location central to everything.

Cons:

The first night we had a room that faced the street and it was incredibly noisy. Impossible to sleep and so we insisted on being moved to an inside room for the next time we stayed there later in the week. That was much better.

El hotel es muy lindo, limpio, cerca a la plaza de armas de cusco y al mercado San Pedro.

Cons:

Mi experiencia es que el control de la tele no funcionaba, no había mucha información en la habitación de los anexos para comunicarse y la conexión wifi. Trataron de solucionarlo pero fue al día siguiente.

Es un lugar que cumple su función pero se queda abaolutamente corto como oferta hotelera para 2026

Mala atención del personal del counter
Cero flexibilidad en fechas y horas.
No hay agua potable para los huespedes.
El precio es absurdo para lo que ofrece, 60 usd por noche por una habitacion sin ventanas.
La comida del restaurante no esta al nivel de su precio, un sandwich mixto hecho con un pan de paquete, mortadela y un queso de paquete helado.
Y el timbre! Ahh, lo mejor del hotel, toda la noche suena el timbre de la puerta, todas las noches y toda la noche, aun cuando hay comentarioa desde hace 3 años sobre esto y no hacen nada, cierran la puerta a las 10 pm ni idea por que y no pueden poner un pequeño timbre en recepción... increible. No se descansa.

Hotel z klimatem kolonialnym. Ładne pokoje pelne klimatu. Bardzo czysto. Jest naprawdę bardzo dużo rzeczy na plus. Recepcja całodobowa. Naprawdę w nocy personel jest obecny i nie trzeba stać i czekać aż ktoś się obudzi. Przechowalnia bagażu bez problemu za darmo na kilka dni lub na chwilę wg potrzeb. Ciepła woda w łazience co nie jest w Cusco oczywiste. Super grzejniki elektryczne na pilota w każdym pokoju. Telewizor LCD. Śniadania od 06.00 do 10.00. Urozmaicone do wyboru kilka na ciepło plus grzanki wędlina sery. Dużo soków i owoców. Kawa bardzo dobra. A najważniejsze że personel jest bardzo pomocny. Jeżeli tylko masz jakąś sprawę - we wszystkim są bardzo pomocni. Należy nadmienić że w recepsji zawsze było conajmniej dwóch pracowników obsługi więc naprawdę profesjonalnie. Wybrałem ten hotel jednak przede wszystkim na.lokalizację. Do centralnego placu jest 7 minut na piechotę. Al tuż za rogiem jest marker i przede wszystkim stacją kolejowa SanPedro z której pojechałem do Machu Picchu. Naprawdę polecam. Nie da się lepiej trafić
