Great location, convenient
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, in the old quarters, close to day/night markets, coffee shops, restaurants, a short walk to the hoan kiem lake. The room is clean. The staff are all welcoming, especially Ken at front desk who gave extremely fantastic customer service, he helped me with all my enquiries quick and efficiently. He gave many recommendation on places to visit and eat. Highly recommend, especially for solo travellers.

Highly recommend. I personally will use them again next time I visit Hanoi.
Pros:

Great location. Handy to old quarter her. Not too many rooms so gives it a bit of a boutique hotel vibe.
Staff was super helpful and friendly. All staff spoke English well and more than happy to give advice/tips for enjoying Hanoi.
I used this Hotel as a base for me to explore northern Vietnam. Came back to stay 3 times after visiting Cat Ba Island and Sapa.
Great value for money.

Good for one night’s stay!
Pros:

Convenient location in the middle of old quarter. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The room was very small. We had to walk sideways to get to the bathroom.
