Nhân viên thân thiện và hỗ trợ hết mình, nhất là bạn Duy Phúc. Trước ngày đến bạn gọi điện hỏi thăm giờ bay và giờ đến dự kiến để hỗ trợ, ngày checkout bạn chỉ động hỏi thăm giờ bay và tạo điều kiện cho gia đình trả phòng muộn đến 13:00
Vị trí trung tâm… dễ đi lại và thăm quan, ăn uống rất thuận lợi.

Highly recommended hotel in old quarter.
Pros:

We were staying for 17hrs transit. They allow us to check in earlier and that's really helpful, they even upgraded our room to make us more comfortable. The room was big, clean and in the heart of old quarter. Good location for Muslim traveler, close to the mosque and halal food.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was excellent.

Easy, comfortable and affordable stay
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location in the old quarter and the staff were absolutely incredible. All of them were friendly, helpful and polite. The room was comfortable and very nice for the price

Cons:

Rooms differ from that of the photos, they’re a little less polished but absolutely fine

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, helping us sort out taxi transfers and providing great local restaurant recommendations. The property itself was well maintained and always clean. I’d thoroughly recommend this to anyone staying in Hanoi.

Ok, not great.
Pros:

Excellent staff. Good location.

Cons:

Room was very small and didnt really match the presentation of the images. For example it was very dark and the rooms looked so much more spacious in the images. The water was so hot in the shower and I couldnt make it colder. I think the price was expensive compared to other hotels.

Great location, convenient
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, in the old quarters, close to day/night markets, coffee shops, restaurants, a short walk to the hoan kiem lake. The room is clean. The staff are all welcoming, especially Ken at front desk who gave extremely fantastic customer service, he helped me with all my enquiries quick and efficiently. He gave many recommendation on places to visit and eat. Highly recommend, especially for solo travellers.
