A great location with everything we needed.
Pros:

The location was fantastic; a short walk to the station and very close to shops, restaurants and the centre of the city. The place had everything we needed!

All in all great place to stay. Costumer service could be way better.
Pros:

Very nice apartment, well located just next to the city center and 10 min away from the train station with a taxi.
Good space and comfortable in general.

Cons:

Costumer service could be better, since they didn’t reply at all, and when they did it was already late.
Also there was no shampoo nor body soap in the shower.
An electric kettle would have been also nice to have.

Il soggiorno presso Residence La Fenice è stato davvero meraviglioso. La posizione è eccellente, vicina a tutto e molto comoda per raggiungere i principali punti della città. L’ambiente è tranquillo e silenzioso, ideale per rilassarsi e riposare bene.
La gentilezza e l’attenzione ricevute hanno reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questa residenza a chi desidera comfort, tranquillità e praticità durante il soggiorno.

Positivo a parte il problema TV
Pros:

Posizione ottima

Cons:

1 TV per ogni camera non funzionavano / 1 legato a SKY ha cominciato a funzionare il giorno dopo / il secondo non ha mai funzionato regolarmente ... Una altra ospite ha avuto gli stessi problemi con la TV ... Aiuto da parte dello staff, di fatto inesistente !!!

Dobry do zwiedzania miasta.

Dobra lokalizacja do samodzielnego zwiedzania miasta.
Miejsce parkingowe.

Cons:

Sypialnia przechodnia i bez żadnego okna.
Lokalizacja na poddaszu dla osób o wzroście nie przekraczającym 1,6m.
Dojście bez windy z drugiego piętra na poddasze.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und sauber. Die Lage ist ideal: zentral und dennoch ruhig, ganz ohne Strassenlärm. Die Unterkunft vermittelt ein sicheres Gefühl, nicht zuletzt durch das eiserne Eingangstor. In nur drei Gehminuten erreicht man einen kleinen Einkaufsladen mit Getränken und Haushaltsartikeln sowie ein Pizza-Take-away gleich daneben. Die Wohnung war angenehm warm, und es gab jederzeit ausreichend warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Es steht zudem genügend Frottierwäsche zur Verfügung. Auch die kontaktlose Übergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die guten Matratzen für alle – was nicht selbstverständlich ist.

Cons:

Die Küchenausstattung könnte noch etwas ergänzt werden. So fehlt beispielsweise eine Schere, und auch eine Greifzange oder Ähnliches für Spaghetti wäre praktisch. Zudem funktionierte eine Lampe im Wohnzimmer nicht. Die Bettdecken sind nicht bezogen, stattdessen wird ein Leintuch verwendet. Das wirkt aus hygienischer Sicht etwas ungewohnt – wobei nicht klar ist, ob die Decken jeweils gewaschen werden. Im obersten Zimmer (dem mit den zwei Badezimmern) gibt es ausschliesslich Dachfenster, sodass man nicht nach draussen schauen kann. Trotzdem würden wir die Zimmer sofort wieder buchen!
