10/10 - Amazing Experience
Pros:

I stayed here for 2 nights with my family. The view from the property is amazing. Being away from the city noise, we enjoyed the calm and pleasant surroundings. The staff is also extremely hospitable and friendly, which further made our experience memorable.
Yandex taxis are also available. Never face an issue with it.

Note- it

For solo travellers - K30 pod is suitable
For couples/family, I would recommend the K50 or K70 pod for a comfortable stay!

Overall, I would highly recommend this property. Given a chance, I would definitely stay here again.

Note - it is a bit away from the city. So if sightseeing in the city is the primary objective, then take the commute to anf from the city into account while planning.

Pros:

Прекрасное расположение, комфортные капсулы

Cons:

Персонал не отреагировал на просьбу пополнить запасы воды. Так что либо привозите с собой, либо пейте из под крана. Содержимое минибара платное, хотя об этом говорят уже при выезде. Хорошо не посчитали сколько израсходовал туалетной бумаги. Такие мелочи сильно портят впечатление

Best stay in Almaty!
Pros:

The best stay one could have in Almaty. Rooms were super clean, breakfast was good, location was top notch. We stayed in March, surrounded by snow all around. Staff were super friendly. We went on a day trip with Ayan. He was kind, patient super friendly and knowledgeable. He even offered us to baby sit our kid.

Highly recommended if you are looking for a relaxing getaway, with amazing views, just a few miles out of the city
Pros:

Great cabin design, private, amazing view, quiet, clean, good parking. More than we expected for the price!
Included breakfast was great, with good choice and a proper coffee!

Cons:

Everything was fantastic, but we felt sorry for the local cat, who was very hungry and looked unwell. We’d love to see him looked after by the owners and staff. We hope to see him healthy and happy when we visit again :)

Nice capsule and view but nothing more.
Pros:

The capsules are really nice and well equipped. Our room had a nice small balcony view a great view on the mountains. The interior is neat. There is a nice roof window which can be opened and closed. Our capsule was also equipped with a projector which acccess to many movies which is a nice way to relax.

Cons:

Other than the actual capsule there is almost nothing in the surrounding. It would have been nice if maybe the hotel would offer bicycle rental or discounted prices for horse back riding. There is a small restaurant but with very limited options.

Pros:

Очень уютная, чистая квартира, стильный ремонт, все необходимое есть, нам только не хватило микроволновки, в остальном все понравилось! Кровать очень удобная, постельное белье чистое! Администратор угостил конфетками, когда возникли проблемы с интернетом, пришел сам и помог.

Все понравилось!
