Wonderful experience
We had a really nice experience here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early, so we had to wait for our room, but we were able to relax in the cafeteria, which had a really nice and peaceful ambiance.
One of the highlights was trying their non-alcoholic mulled wine — it was absolutely amazing and highly recommended! 🍷
We stayed in the standard room. It was a little small, but completely fine, cozy and comfortable for our stay. The cleanliness was excellent and everything was well maintained.
The property also offers bigger rooms with mountain views, which looked beautiful as well. However, personally, I preferred the city-view room, especially at night and, even more, during sunrise. The view was beautiful and made the stay feel special.
The breakfast was delicious, with good variety and generous portions. The only downside is that the property is a little far from the city, but honestly, that also adds to its charm and makes it a nice place to escape the busy city atmosphere.
Overall, this is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a different and memorable experience. If I get the chance to visit again, I would definitely come back!
The day we stayed here, the restaurant at the property was closed by 7pm due to some acceptable reasons, which we found out from reception after we went there for dinner.
If the guests were made aware of this, when they decide to close in the evening, that could be great.
We ordered food from outside for our stay, and the rest was good.

Несколько раз проговорили важность подачи завтрака вовремя из-за отъезда сразу на работу, получили подтверждение и в итоге завтрак опоздал на 40 минут

Not clean as it should be. Broken shower head. The staff should have more trainings. They don't even smile.
Отлично расположен. Не так жарко как в городе, прекрасные виды на город и горы. Персонал шел на все наши просьбы - ранний завтрак, уборка и прочее.
Капсулы тесноваты для проживания более одной ночи. Мы жили неделю и нам некуда было развешивать одежду.
