Superbe appartement avec une ambiance douce et reposante. Un accueil du gérant au top prêt à aider pour améliorer notre séjour... je conseille ce logement les yeux fermés à 2min d'une station de bus donnant accès à toute la ville facilement.
Tout était parfait... Peut-être juste un peu plus de vaisselle si on souhaite manger sur place.
Το δωμάτιο είναι σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο. Είχαν συνέχεια αναμμένη την θέρμανση κάτι πολύ ευχάριστο. Από τα ποιο όμορφα δωμάτια που έχω δει που με κάποιες βελτιώσεις θα ήταν τέλειο. Το μπαλκόνι είχε πολύ ωραία θέα.
Θα ήθελα να σας προτείνω κάποια πράγματα για να γίνει τέλειο το δωμάτιο. Αρχικά θα ήταν απαραίτητο να αναφέρεται ότι το κατάλυμα έχει μόνο σκάλες, κάτι που για κάποιους θα ήταν πρόβλημα. Έπειτα το στρώμα είναι πολύ παλιό και πολύ άβολο ( κάτι πολύ σημαντικό για όλους όσους πάνε ένα ταξίδι). Και τελευταίο λίγο προσοχή με την καθαριότητα ( το μπάνιο ήταν γεμάτο τρίχες στο ντουζ και το δωμάτιο όπως και το μπαλκόνι δεν είχαν σφουγγαριστεί).
La localizacion es perfecta. Cerca de la zona moderna con restaurantes, zona de bares y locales de ocio nocturno, de una carretera principal con autobus a todos los lados de estambul, de tiendas de comida y mini supermercados por todos lados.
La habitación tiene todos los pequeños electrodomesticos utiles para desayunar e incluso cocinar. Y se hace muy práctico y util.

El colchon.
Al anfitrion le aconsejaria que siempre tuviera aceite, sal y vinagre, azucar, cafe y te. Son unos basicos que se agradecen muchisimo, y me parece que mejoraría la estancia de todos.

Nice and cozy stay!
On a adoré notre jolie chambre avec balcon, sous les toits, on se sent comme à la maison. Elle est bien ensoleillée avec ses grandes baies vitrées, et on est à l’abri des regards grâce aux filtres sur les baies vitrées malgré le vis-à-vis. Il y a une kitchenette dans la chambre, donc on a pu se faire à dîner le soir. Il y a même de quoi faire sa lessive. Le quartier est calme, authentique et très mignon. Il y a des supérettes en bas de la rue, et des transports en commun très proches. Enfin, Celal nous à très bien accueillies à notre arrivée.
When I contacted the host he was very nice and quick to respond. He unclogged the drain within a few hours of mentioning.
The hygiëne is not good. The bathroom was really bad. There was mold everywhere and weird stains in the shower. The drain was clogged, which was fixed when mentioned, but still they can't rent out a room like this.
We didn't dare to look under the bedsheets, but they weren't securely fastened either. It's risky thinking about bed bugs to have no matrass protector.
There was no closet so nowhere to put your clothes.
Noise from the drain from other rooms was very noticable.
There was no one at the reception ever so besides whatsapp we couldn't contact anyone. Nobody cleaned our room during our stay or change of towels.
Really nice hotel! The building is in great condition and has a cozy common area to relax. The staff are super friendly and polite, which makes you feel at home. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable. Plus, it’s in a central area, close to transport, restaurants, and plenty of places to visit.
The surroundings aren’t the cleanest and some nearby buildings look run down, so it might not seem very safe at first, but it actually is.
En realidad por el precio el lugar está bien. La persona que atiende (Celal), es super atento.
La zona, los alrededores
This location is away from the big touristy areas where the areas are just absolutely crowded with people, yet extremely close to everything you need and want to see in Istanbul. If I come back to Istanbul, I will definitely be staying here again!
Large comfortable room. Friendly staff. It's close enough to everything to be convenient. but far enough away that you can get a good nights sleep. Cecal was a friendly unobtrusive host.
Kitchen facilities were limited.- But seriously who comes to Istanbul to cook 😉
Good communication with the owner. The room was clean & spacious. The bed had clean linens & I slept comfortably.
Bathroom had good hot water & pressure.
Good option for a short stay.
Having to walk the stairs but no big deal.
