Pros:

Die City-Rooms befinden sich in einem Hinterhof. Das ist aber kein Grund zur Panik, denn Du bist Gast in einem bevorzugten Teil der Dortmunder Innenstadt.
Das Treppenhaus wirkt noch ein wenig unfertig; das schmälert den Wohnkomfort aber nicht. Die Betten sind prima, es gibt ein Raumthermostat und auch Dusche und Toilette sind neu und sauber.

Cons:

Das TV-Programm - es gibt leider kein Kabel/Satelliten-TV.
Es gibt Internet bis zum Abwinken, und auf Umwegen kommst Du auch zu Fernsehprogrammen, aber ich bevorzuge die bequeme Variante.

Gerne, jederzeit wieder und dann auch länger.
Pros:

Schönes, großzügiges Zimmer mit großer Dusche in idealer Lage.
Der Check In per Türcode funktioniert super und macht einen unabhängig (z.B. wegen nächtlicher Ankunft)

Cons:

Ein späterer Check-Out war leider nicht möglich.

enige positieve is de locatie en de prijs, verder was alles ruim onvoldoende.

Het enige positieve was de locatie ten opzichte van het stadion.

Cons:

Badkamer zat onder de schimmel, kussens kun je geen kussens noemen dus neem vooral zelf eentje mee! Het is super gehorig. Je hoort alles en iedereen lopen, alle deuren en het moet stil zijn tussen bepaalde uren (bij ons kwamen er in de nacht nog een groep hardop lachende meiden binnen).

Pros:

Rein geht es durch eine dunkle Toreinfahrt. Doch das Gebäude ist neu und hell.
Apartment Nr. 7: Riesengroß. Als ich die Tür öffnete, fürchtete ich einen Moment lang in einen unmöblierten Raum geraten zu sein. Doch es war nur der Vorraum. Das Zimmer roch sehr angenehm nach Holz. "Highlight" im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes war das Oberlicht im Vorraum (übrigens auch in der Dusche). In Rezensionen anderer Hotels klagten Benutzer über geschönte Fotos. Ich garantiere Euch, daß diese Fotos nicht lügen.

Cons:

Vorausschicken muß ich, daß ich erst nach Mitternacht gebucht hatte. Um kurz nach 1 verließ ich den S-Bahnhof Stadthaus. Urplötzlich gab es eine Abfolge von Blitzen und einen Riesenknall. Dann begann es wie. aus Eimern zu schütten; kurzum nach den wenigen hundert Metern bis zu den City-Rooms war ich klatschnass. Die Dusche war schön warm, doch im Zimmer gelang es mir.nicht, die Heizung abzuschalten, so daß meine Sachen am nächsten Morgen zum Teil noch feucht waren.
Vielleicht hat es nur an meinem späten Einchecken gelegen. Q
