camera a due passi dal centro, con possibilità del posto auto, perchè nel cortiletto c'era posto quando siamo arrivati noi. Abbiamo usufruito della camera con bagno privato al piano terra. Davvero bella e accogliente Bagno molto bello e funzionale. Camera spaziosa. Ottimo e pratico il sistema di check-in e check-out

Top Kundenservice, gutes Hotel
Pros:

Trotz digitalem Hotel ohne Pforte sehr kundenfreundlich! Check-in problemlos, alles da was man braucht, sauber, late-check out war problemlos und kurzfristig möglich. Außerdem habe ich Wertgegenstände im Zimmer vergessen und mich am Folgetag telefonisch gemeldet. Das Personal des Service Telefons hat sich geduldig gekümmert und war letztendlich selbst vor Ort, um die Gegenstände sicher zu stellen. Vielen Dank dafür!

Poor room conditions, lack of privacy and constant noise disturbances.
Pros:

• Check-in at 3 PM went smoothly, as advertised.
• Access to the property and the room was easy.
• During a previous stay, I was assigned a larger room and did not encounter any major issues (looking back I suspect that the reason why I did not experience these issues may have been because there were few or no neighboring guests at that time and it was during winter).

Cons:

• Room size and furniture: We received the smallest room possible. The room contained only a bed, a TV stand, and a very small table. There was no wardrobe, closet, or any proper storage space for clothes, which is a basic feature any accommodation should provide.
• Comfort and facilities: The room was directly exposed to sunlight throughout the day, making it extremely hot. During the summer, having neither air conditioning nor even a small refrigerator is unacceptable and significantly affects the comfort of the stay.
• Sound insulation: The room had virtually no soundproofing. We could clearly hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms, including normal conversations.
• Privacy and sleep quality: At one point, we could very clearly hear our neighbors having sex, including loud screams and noises coming through the walls. The noise was so loud that it made it impossible to get any proper sleep. The lack of sound insulation meant there was absolutely no privacy. If we could hear every detail from the neighboring room, it is reasonable to assume that our own conversations and activities could be heard just as clearly.
• Concerns about guest supervision: Throughout the night, there was constant noise coming from the neighboring room, and it appeared that multiple people were entering and leaving. Combined with the loud sexual activity, the situation created a very uncomfortable atmosphere and raised serious concerns about the type of activities taking place on the property. While I cannot know exactly what was happening, it gave the impression that there is little or no supervision of guest behavior. Regardless of the circumstances, management should ensure that all guests can enjoy a quiet and safe stay without being disturbed by excessive noise and disruptive conduct.
• Value for money: The price is simply not justified for what is being offered.

Pros:

Easy zu handeln mit ein und auschecken. Super sauber!

Cons:

Sehr hellhörig. Lag sicher vor allem an rücksichtslosen Mitgästen im oberen Stockwerk. Hab leider gar nicht geschlafen

Pros:

Die City-Rooms befinden sich in einem Hinterhof. Das ist aber kein Grund zur Panik, denn Du bist Gast in einem bevorzugten Teil der Dortmunder Innenstadt.
Das Treppenhaus wirkt noch ein wenig unfertig; das schmälert den Wohnkomfort aber nicht. Die Betten sind prima, es gibt ein Raumthermostat und auch Dusche und Toilette sind neu und sauber.

Cons:

Das TV-Programm - es gibt leider kein Kabel/Satelliten-TV.
Es gibt Internet bis zum Abwinken, und auf Umwegen kommst Du auch zu Fernsehprogrammen, aber ich bevorzuge die bequeme Variante.
