Close to sea, but downtown is not here
Pros:

The property is located in the high rise 2-3 minutes walk from the sea.

The person in charge of rooms got us through without waiting at the reception, but it was confusing and unclear.

Cons:

It’s a gigantic high rise and if you’re unlucky with your timing you can wait for elevators a long time. The listing shows up if you filter by “guesthouse”, it’s not a guesthouse

Pros:

Брали два номера в этом отеле и остались очень довольны. Номера оказались уютными, просторными, чистыми и очень комфортными. Из окон открывался прекрасный вид на море, что сделало отдых ещё приятнее. Проживание оставило только положительные впечатления. С удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова и можем смело рекомендовать этои апартаменты!

Pros:

Everything was good, the apartment is close to the sea, a two-minute walk away, and you can walk to the markets and shopping center in 5 minutes. The sea view and sunset from the room are amazing, the price is reasonable, I recommend this property, we were even able to check in early when I asked the owner.

Pros:

This apartment has a nice location, right next to the beach. A few days were quite cold, but you can use the air conditioner for about 10 minutes to heat the room. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. Check-in and check-out were very easy. There are several supermarkets nearby, such as Spar next to Ordi City, and a larger one, Carrefour, which is about a 15-minute walk away near the football stadium.
About 15 minutes away by taxi, there is a nice fish market where you can buy fresh seafood and have it cooked there.

Cons:

The number of dishes is minimal, but most essentials are included. I would recommend adding an extra small pan.
