Tolle Atmosphäre
The generous breakfast is in a bright, beautifully decorated room with an outdoor option.
The facility here was top notch with great rooms, amazing breakfast, great sauna and cold plunge, great pool and good hot tub. Staff were great and got us from the tram to save us dragging our bags all the way there.

Das Zimmer im 4. Stock hatte eine hervorragende Aussicht, war sehr ruhig und sehr schön möbliert. Der Grundriss ist sehr angenehm und sinnvoll gestaltet.
Das Hotel ist mit Geschmack saniert worden. Das Esssaal ist ein echtes Juwel.
Das Personal auch sehr hilfsbereit und nett.
Das Abendessen war auch extrem fein.
It was a beautiful location and overall an amazing stay. Breakfast was superb and our room (family suite) was so comfortable. The service overall was amazing. Everyone was so pleasant during our stay. Our kids also loved it because of the location and activities. Overall, we loved this hotel so much and will definitely stay again!

Le fait que la chambre n'était pas encore remise en ordre à 15h00 (au retour de notre randonnée)
les badges de la chambre qui ne fonctionnaient pas
au vu du prix payé on n'imaginait pas ces dysfonctionnements.
A wonderful place in a peaceful village. The pool and spa were excellent.
The breakfast was very limited, even by European standards, and did not match the level of the place.

Transport from the gondola to the hotel. No one there to answer the phone to get the golf cart to take my wife, who's in a wheelchair there.So I had to walk in the rain, pushing her.

An ethereal setting with spectacular Alpine views in a charming car-free village. Initial room disappointed, but the hotel accommodated a change. The scenery is unforgettable, even if the rooms don’t always match the setting.
