Hôtel élégant avec une histoire mais avec une marge d'amélioration.
Pros:

la propreté, la literie, la vue, l'espace dans la chambre, le calme

Cons:

le petit déjeune manquait de saveur et de fraicheur. surtout les fruits (de la veille ?)
Les prix excessifs des plats du restaurant
Le fait que la chambre n'était pas encore remise en ordre à 15h00 (au retour de notre randonnée)
les badges de la chambre qui ne fonctionnaient pas
au vu du prix payé on n'imaginait pas ces dysfonctionnements.

Transport from the gondola to the hotel. No one there to answer the phone to get the golf cart to take my wife, who's in a wheelchair there.So I had to walk in the rain, pushing her.

An ethereal setting with spectacular Alpine views in a charming car-free village. Initial room disappointed, but the hotel accommodated a change. The scenery is unforgettable, even if the rooms don’t always match the setting.

Hotel maravilhoso, quartos ótimos e vistas inesquecíveis.
Pros:

A acomocação é linda, cama ótima, banheiro espaçoso, chuveiro excelente. O café da manhã é ótimo, servido no restaurante do Hotel (que também vale a visita para comer os pratos deliciosos oferecidos no jantar e tomar um vinho). O Hotel tem a vista incrível, de tirar o fôlego. Já fui duas vezes e voltarei sempre que puder.

Cons:

Fui no inverno e o aquecedor deu problema. Mas assim que comuniquei a recepção, o staff resolveu tudo em menos de 15 minutos.
