Very well kept and beautiful
Everything was perfect
From the stunning architecture of the villa and layout design to the readiness of the staff to cater to our every need. The gas grill on the rooftop (third storey) looked new i.e. very clean and so easy to use. Staff offered us an additional table which they carried to the third floor. The kitchen had top notch appliances including a filtered water dispenser. There were safes in each of the three rooms. Great waves at Bingin Beach for surfers.
The pool was a tad bit short but understandably so for a private villa. Not many eateries within walking distance but the buggy service helps. Many restaurants in the "town" area which is about a 15-min ride with the buggy.
Staff were great and location was good. Villas were well equipped and cleaned daily and also re stocked in evenings if required.
Our stay was sadly impacted by other guests staying in the complex that threatened to come and physically fight us. This was due to them claiming excessive noise at 6:30pm, even when the staff agreed our noise was not excessive. Whilst the staff did provide another villa option, it required us relocating mid stay with no compensation and still being in eyesight distance of the guests that threatened us. We were told the guests that threatened us would not have their stay impacted as they were "long term guests" and hence more important to their overall business.

Nothing i didn't like
Loved the building itself, aesthetic, the helpful staff, turn down service and buggy service. Also loved how little details were well thought out like bug and linen spray and pool towels.

Paying to access the beach at Dreamland
There are plenty of cafés nearby with great coffee, along with some really cool restaurants such as Yuki and Kala. The Lyvin Bingin staff were extremely helpful, and getting around locally was easy thanks to the facility’s golf cart service, which drops off and collects guests within a 1km radius of the accommodation.
This property is absolutely stunning – every detail is beautifully designed, luxurious, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were outstanding, anticipating our every need with seamless service and quick responses via WhatsApp. The location is perfect – just steps from the vibrant Cashew Tree café and a short stroll to two gorgeous beaches. We explored incredible restaurants, spas, and local experiences easily thanks to their in-house buggy service, which made getting around with young children a breeze and saved us from the chaos of the roadside. An unforgettable stay – stylish, serene, and so well thought-out.
We swam so much in the beautiful pool that our hair developed a slight green tinge – a common result from high mineral levels and lots of fun in the water – but nothing a clarifying treatment couldn’t fix at a nearby spa via the buggy!

Beautiful and spacious villa. It looks even nicer than on the pictures. It's having all that you need. One of the strongest elements is staff which was super friendly and very helpful.
Everything at Lyvin exceeded our expectations. The property is stunning, the staff are fantastic and they made our stay so enjoyable. I loved being able to take the buggy around, was very easy especially with a 4 year old and a 6 month old. The rooms were always cleaned beautifully. All amenities were great quality.
There is nothing we didn't like about this property.
