Preis Leistung ist gut. Für ein kurzes Aufenthalt ist empfehlenswert.

Odamız piramitleri görüyordu. Otel sahibi Hani ve ekibi her konuda yardımcı oldu. Erken check-in yaptığımda odam hazır olana kadar başka bir odada dinlendim. Bunun haricinde her isteğe hızlı yanıt verildi. Konum olarak doğru fakat aynı apartmanda birden fazla otel var. Çatı katındaki kahvaltıda piramitler karışınızda. Çıkış yaparkende istersek uçağa kadar dinlenebileceğimizi, valizi bırakabileceğimizi söyledi. Hediyeler için teşekkür ederiz.

Good location and nice for 1 night, very average otherwise
Pros:

The host was a great host, but the property is not a 5 star. They are very accommodating and provided a very nice breakfast with pyramid views. The rooms however are very dated, very basic and needs some serious maintenance. The rooms smelt of cigarettes as I think if someone smoking outside also meant the smell would come through into our room.

Cons:

The very basic and no maintenance rooms. The cigarette smell made it worst.

Pros:

На свои деньги - идеальный вариант, мы там только спали. В пешей доступности вход в пирамиды и рядом с таким отелем точно можно ощутить весь колорит Гизы. Приветливый персонал, нормальные завтраки(простые, но вполне достаточно).

Non mi è piaciuto nulla
La struttura era sporca e fatiscente non conforme alla descrizione poiché l’hotel prenotato era al completo e siamo stati spostati in un altro edificio

Don't book here, the owner is a scammer! took us to a different hotel! complete dump!

The location is close to the pyramids.

We booked 2 double Deluxe rooms at Flower Pyramids Inn for 4 nights from the 30th April to the 4th May which from the pictures looked like a nice size room with a decent bathroom. That was not given to us and instead they took us to another hotel (The pyramids art) on a different floor and said that was our room. It was small and had a really poor bathroom. It looked like a hostel with the small plastic bathroom door, nothing like the room we saw in the pictures.
It was 3am when we got to the hotel so the staff said to stay for the night and they will sort it out in the morning when the manager comes in. The manager didn't come in the morning but the staff said to keep our stuff packed in our suitcases as they can move us to another room, so we went out for the day. Later in the afternoon the manager messaged me telling me to come back to the hotel where we met the owner.
The owner claimed that the room we were given was the same thing. He then said he would move only one of us upstairs to the room we actually booked as one room had become available. Clearly overbooked the hotel and then tried to cover it up. We ended up leaving after that first night and found ourselves a better hotel up the road.

The rooms are all next to the lobby and the place has no sound proofing so you can hear anyone speaking in the lobby and they can hear anything you say inside the room.
The hotel is also located on the main road so there is no chance of getting any sleep as the cars are beeping and horning all night long.
I slept here for only 3 hours and had the overcooked egg and chips they served for breakfast... save yourself the hassle and find yourself somewhere better than this dump.

I have attached pictures of the room they gave us on the 3rd floor at The pyramids art to show in comparison to what they show on the listing.

Also neither the hotel or booking.com have issued a refund for the nights that we did not stay at the hotel and the hotel does not respond to emails.

Pros:

Staff were very nice and always there to help. We felt sick at night and the receptionist even went out to pick up medicines for us for free. The staff were welcoming all the time. And the pyramids view from rooftop is beautiful.

Great for a quick stay to see the pyramids.
Pros:

The hotel is very close to the pyramids which was the only reason for chossing this place

The staff were extremely helpful with everthing I needed, mohummad inparticular was so helpful and so was the younger brother of the manger but Im sorry I dont no his name, he helped we with a wifi hot spot when all the wifi in the area was down.

I enjoyed when it was time to leave.

Cons:

The place is confusing, a different hotel on each floor of the building with no indication of which floor I needed to get to, all the other hotels were clearly singed but not this one.

Oh and our driver didnt bother to turn up at the airport so we had to arrange another taxi.

And the wifi was down for both the days we were there which made in nearly impossible to communicate with our activity group
