Just the noise from other rooms kid's crying doors open & close very loud. Can't sleep well. If the sound proof can improve will be the best
Had a great stay! The hotel environment was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Everything I needed was just a short walk away, with many shops nearby.
Subject: Complaint Regarding Receptionist Conduct
I would like to raise a complaint regarding the service I received from your receptionist, Shantini.
Upon arrival, I greeted her with “Good evening,” but she did not acknowledge or respond. Instead, she immediately turned to speak with her colleague in Malay, which felt unprofessional and dismissive.
Additionally, when explaining the charges (RM50 deposit and approximately RM3 for the Perak government fee), her tone came across as rude and condescending, as if I did not understand basic information. This made the interaction uncomfortable and disrespectful.
Customer service should always reflect professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. I strongly suggest that Shantini improves her communication tone, customer greeting etiquette, and facial expressions when with customers.
I hope appropriate action or training will be taken to ensure better service in the future.

The view from our room was fantastic. We love the service from the staffs - friendly & welcoming. They helped my wife carry our luggage to our room while I went out to get cash from a nearby ATM 👍🏻
Not very soundproof since we could hear other guest talking throughout the hallway. A little inconvenient, especially at night, since we had our 7-months old baby with us.
