Complaint Regarding Receptionist Conduct
Pros:

Had a great stay! The hotel environment was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Everything I needed was just a short walk away, with many shops nearby.

I would like to raise a complaint regarding the service I received from your receptionist, Shantini.

Upon arrival, I greeted her with “Good evening,” but she did not acknowledge or respond. Instead, she immediately turned to speak with her colleague in Malay, which felt unprofessional and dismissive.

Additionally, when explaining the charges (RM50 deposit and approximately RM3 for the Perak government fee), her tone came across as rude and condescending, as if I did not understand basic information. This made the interaction uncomfortable and disrespectful.

Customer service should always reflect professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. I strongly suggest that Shantini improves her communication tone, customer greeting etiquette, and facial expressions when with customers.

I hope appropriate action or training will be taken to ensure better service in the future.

The view from our room was fantastic. We love the service from the staffs - friendly & welcoming. They helped my wife carry our luggage to our room while I went out to get cash from a nearby ATM 👍🏻

Cons:

Not very soundproof since we could hear other guest talking throughout the hallway. A little inconvenient, especially at night, since we had our 7-months old baby with us.

Hotel ini berlokasi yang berdekatan dgn pasaraya dan tiada masalah untuk mencari makanan, dan tidak jauh dr tempat pilihan untuk lawatan semasa bercuti spt Tasik Taiping / Zoo Taiping / Museum dan spot viral di Kuala Sepetang

Saya tidak berapa puas hari dengan tisu tandas yang dibekalkan kerana agak kecil berbanding sebelum ini kerana ini adalah kali kedua kami bermalam di hotel yang sama dan diharap apabila kami ke sini lagi, ada perubahan untuk bilik2 hotel ini

Among the highly recommended hotels for family stays in Taiping
Pros:

A hotel that provides satisfactory value for money by providing comfortable, clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows for sleeping, very satisfactory water pressure with hot water and air conditioning that works very well. Customer-friendly staff with very fast check-in and check-out times are very pleasant for customers. the location is also very close to shopping centers and interesting attractions. everything has met my needs and expectations.

Cons:

Parking space is limited especially in the area close to the hotel. Not a serious issue but could be considered for improvement

My room is good enough for 2 people but it is considered small if you are travelling with kids

The room is clean and tidy

Cons:

No iron in the room. Need to do the ironing in front of the elevator and a little difficult to manage if you are going to iron a pile of clothes (including dress & other large clothes).
No tissues in the room. Only toilet tissue was available, in the toilet.
No laundry plastic available
