Amazing experience
Pros:

The onsen and the breakfast was amazing. Good quality food and specialities of Hiroshima and very tasty! The onsen has different products free to use and the atmosphere is very relaxing with some sauna music and herbal scents. Free ice cream after bathing and free coffee all day at the reception. Free soba at night also.

Cons:

The room was a bit small. We were two people, but there was only one chair. The window was blocked by a rusty wall and no much sun light could come in. Also when we sat down and leaned back on the bed to watch TV, the bed was sliding away. There is an automatic bright light around the door that I couldn't deactivate and that lights up at night when you go to the toilet.
The cushion was very hard but I realised too late that we could ask to change it at the reception (it was written in the optional informations on the tv)

Pros:

無料のサービスやアメニティが充実していて、とても良かった。広島グルメが好きなので、好みのものも多くて嬉しかった。

Cons:

子供が夜鳴きそばを楽しみにして頑張って起きていたけど、21:28に力尽きてしまったので、21時からの提供にしてもらえたらありがたいと思った。
