Pros:

К сожалению комната вообще не соответствует предъявленным фотографиям. Ужасно заплесневевшая, стоял запах сильный. Грязно, ремонт далеко не свежий . Что пришлось в пол ночи уехать . Персонал был понятлив, к ним проблем нет.

Rádi se do hotelu vrátíme, blízko Vernissage, super personál!
Pros:

Velmi milý a ochotný personál, přišli jsme o hodinu dřív než byl check-in, udělali nám kávu, dali vodu, uvítali. Nic nebyl problém!

Cons:

Trochu ruch z ulice a dočasné omezení kvůli stavbě, ale těšíme se na další pobyt!

nejhorší ubytování co jsme za 10 dní zažili v Arménii

Ubytování blízko centra, recepce 24h

Cons:

Hotel u velmi rušné cesty, snídaně velmi chudá a suroviny patrně prošlé, jelikož se syn asi 5 minut po ní pozvracel. Nedopororučuji

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo vicino al centro
Pros:

La struttura si è rivelata un’ottima base per esplorare Yerevan. L’hotel era in fase di rinnovamento, la mia camera era appena ristrutturata quindi nuova e accogliente. Nota di merito per lo staff, estremamente disponibile e cordiale. Anche la posizione è un punto a favore, in quanto vicino al centro, il che lo rende una scelta conveniente per esplorare la città.

Der Service und die Lage waren herausragend!

Es gab aktuell Bauarbeiten, daher stand die Dachterrasse nicht zur Verfügung.

We booked two rooms for our stay, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Both rooms had an unpleasant smell, and there were no windows, which made the rooms feel uncomfortable and poorly ventilated. One of the rooms also had cockroaches, which was completely unacceptable.
Our room was located directly next to the reception, so guests who came to the front desk knocked on our door several times because the receptionist was often not at her desk. We could also hear constant traffic noise from the road outside, making it difficult to rest.
Overall, our stay was very unpleasant. We expected much better conditions and were disappointed with the quality of the accommodation. Based on our experience, we would not recommend staying here..

Nice and comfortable hotel for the budget stay
Pros:

Very staff,specially the owner boy,I don’t remember his name.he is very helpful and nice person.Property also good for budget stays ,clean room .Yerawan is a small town you can walk and reach wherever you want to go in the town or you can take taxi.Just 10 mit walk to the main town.

Персонал замечательный!!! Спасибо за гостеприимство ! Постельное белье чистое ,удобные кровати ,чистота в номере.Спасибо за таблетки от головной боли .

Cons:

Нам достался номер без окна ,не знаю какие там другие номера ,но этот я точно не рекомендую!!!! Конечно никто не заставлял нас в нем оставаться ,был предложен интернет и номер показали перед заселением,нам он не понравился сразу ,но из за того что ночь мы не спали и следующий вылет был в 3 ночи ,а приехали мы в около 12:00 мы решили просто принять душ и поспать перед вылетом,поэтому ничего другого искать не стали .А теперь немного о номере:
Вентиляции в номере практически не было ,после приема душа в номере нечем было дышать ,душно было так ,что разболелась голова ,в номере был вентилятор который абсолютно не спасал ситуацию ,так же в в ванной нет стеклянных перегородок или хотя бы шторки в душе ,все брызги летят на пол в ванной ,а потом прямо в комнату.Так что даже не знаю как оценивать такой номер…

Номер полностью несоответствует фотографиям. Таких номеров там нет. Все очень в плохом состоянии.
