Friendly, centrally located and good value for money.
Pros:

Hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive. Our arrival was delayed by a day and we ended up extending our stay also by a day and were not charged for the night when we were not there. We were also allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel while we travelled elsewhere for a few days.
They helped us book taxi transfer from the airport and provided helpful advice for all our questions.
We appreciated the elevator since we had a lot of luggage.
The hotel had a tranquil atmosphere despite being right next to a lively and noisy street. There was warm water and it was centrally located.

Cons:

The internet connection was slow. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable or warm. Fortunately we had an extra sleeping bag to stay warm at night.

Atendimento ótimo! Funcionários muitos simpáticos. Destaco o funcionário Alan, maravilhoso!

Super vriendelijk personeel, ze stonden altijd voor je klaar en hielpen je met een glimlach. De kamers waren zeer proper en ruim, goed bed! Het ontbijt was goed & voldoende! De locatie is uitstekend!

Le froid dans la chambre ( pas de chauffage) mais pas dans les lits (4 couvertures) le petit déjeuner à emporter ( plutôt un snack)
