Pros:

Great place for the new forest Christchurch Poole etc. Very friendly staff. Good outdoors seating. Great breakfast. Lovely bedroom.

Cons:

Possibly the worse coffee I've ever drank.
Hotel inside is looking tired needs a paint up.
Menu for evening needs some more added.

Stylish, very comfortable room., with lovely welcoming touches.
Pros:

Very well located for Bournemouth airport. Good car park.
Stylish, comfortable room, beautifully presented. Spotlessly clean.
Really appreciated little touches like decent coffee, biscuits, fresh milk.
Unfortunately couldn’t have breakfast due to an early flight. First visit. Would certainly return.

Stayed to visit friends close by and to go to the coast for a swim, ticked all the boxes.
Pros:

Room comfortable, quiet, easy parking, friendly staff, fresh milk for coffee in room

Cons:

Little bit of traffic noise from nearby main road as we had windows open but not a problem

Good all round hotel from which to access the Bournemouth area.
Pros:

Pleasant room although slightly small for a double. Breakfast was cooked to order and very pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of free parking.

It was okay.
Pros:

The breakfast was a disappointment for me as the omelette I had was obviously warmed up in a microwave & was tough, I left most of it.
My husband would rate the breakfast 7 as it was supposed to be smashed avocado but his was sliced & he said it was dry. Sorry!

Cons:

As above the cooking of the breakfasts.
