der Preis passt nicht zum Komfort, was aber vielleicht an hohen Preisen in Konstanz liegt
Pros:

Die Lage war hervorragend.

Cons:

Spartanische Ausstattung, die eher einem Hostel entspricht und Rauchergeruch im Flur von der Aussenterrasse.

Kein Aufzug, für ältere sollte man Kontakt aufnehmen für Zimmer im 1. Stock... wir waren leider im 3.. 160 cm Bett mit durchgehender Matratze.

Wunderbare Gastgeber
Pros:

Sehr gute Begleitung per Whatsapp bis zur Ankunft.
Ein niedliches Zimmer unterm Dach, nett eingerichtet.
Die Liebe zum Gastgebersein ist im ganzen Haus zu spüren.
Zwei Nächte, wir haben uns gut gefühlt.
Morgens ging es nicht aus dem Haus, ohne einen Kaffee aus dem Automaten, der kostenfrei war. Diesen Moment haben wir auf der Terasse genossen. So kann der Start in den Tag gut gelingen.
Die Lage war perfekt.
Nebenan das Ignaz, für ein leckeres Frühstück - 20% oder am Abend einen Absacker, mit gemütlichem Ambiente, wie sehr nettem Personal.
Mit der Konstanz Card konnte man kostenfrei öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nutzen. Was also will man mehr?! Es war wunderbar und wir haben die beiden Tage in Konstanz genossen!

Gute Lage, aber wenig Komfort
Pros:

Die Lage nahe Altstadt und Parkgarage. Schön sind die Aufenthaltsräume.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug. Das Doppelbett konnte nur von einer Seite bestiegen werden. Nachtkästchen oder Leselichter fehlten komplett.- Es gibt kein Personal im Haus. Das Prozedere mit dem OnlineZugang bzw. Schlüsselcode ist kompliziert.

L'emplacement dans la ville. La simplicité de la chambre et la propreté.

Die zentrale Lage ist klasse Das Zimmer war sauber.

Cons:

Zu kleines Bett für zwei Personen. Der Einstieg ins Bett nur von einer Seite möglich. Heizung am Kopfteil, Gefahr der Verletzung. Bei geöffnetem Fenster, schlechte miefige Luft. Kein Personal gesehen , Pforte nicht belegt

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Fussgängerzone und ist gut geeignet für Fahrrad- oder Bahnreisende.

Cons:

Für Motorradfahrer ist die Parkplatzsituation rund um das Hotel ist nicht gut. die wenigen verfügbaren Plätze sind überfüllt.
Im Hinterhof des Hotels waren geeignete und freie Stellplätze sichtbar. Diese hat das Hotel aber trotz Nachfrage leider nicht angeboten.
