Best experience in whole of Europe
Pros:

What a privilege to stay in a local family’s home, right in the heart of old town Budva. We were welcomed like old friends, and made to feel at home. Dragonja (mum) and Mirko (son) are so hospitable. From having morning coffee and cake made for us, to unexpectedly being invited for a family lunch, or watching an episode of Malcolm in the Middle each day with the family in the lounge room, the experience was our most favourite and memorable in the whole of Europe.

Cons:

If you’re expecting a flashy hotel with an ensuite, this isn’t for you and don’t you dare stay here and complain if you haven’t fully read the room description. The family are too lovely for whingers.

Great location and great hosts
Pros:

The location is unbeatable in the old town, everything is 5 minute walk at most from the apartment. Even though the apartment is in the old town it is quiet during the night. The hosts were amazing, gave us everything we needed, let us leave our bags after checkout and even provided beach towels for us after the checkout. The bed was also very comfortable.

Pros:

Doskonała lokalizacja i miła właścicielka to największe atuty tego apartamentu. Sam budynek staniwił część nieistniejącego już klasztoru franciszkanów a grube mury i klimatyzacja dają schronienie przed sierpniowym żarem.

If you don’t care about comfort and only wants a nice location, thats the right place.
Pros:

The owners of the house were super very friendly and helpful. The location was great, right in the middle of old town.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn’t clean enough, the house was smelling like cigarettes (luckily we always kept the door closed so it didn’t get in the room).

Perfect location sweet hostess
Pros:

Amazing location right in the middle of old town Kotor with a lovely lady hostess. She couldn't have made us more welcome in her home, and felt like we got a little taste of Montenegrin life. Very grateful of the Air-conditioning too

Cons:

All facilities are acceptable and value for the price. Be aware that the accommodation is on the second floor with no lift.

Lovely stay.
Pros:

The location was perfect and the accomodation quiet and comfortable for what I needed. I didn't have much to do with the hosts as I had my own agenda but got the vibe that nothing would have been too much.

Pros:

The hosts were incredibly lovely and genuine people. The location was exceptional and the room was spacious and clean. Draginja and Mirko are great.

Mükemmel bir deneyimdi.
Pros:

Evin konumu harikaydı. Cat Museum'un hemen üst katında bulunuyor. Ev sahipleri çok tatlıydı ve ihtiyacımız olan her konuda destek oldular. Evdeki köpek aşşşırı tatlıydı.

Have no doubts to stay here, it's like you're staying at home on a vacation.
Pros:

The owner and his mother were very helpful with everything. They're very kind and they really make you feel like you're at home. Hopefully if we come to Kotor next year, we'll definitely stay here again.

Se sentía como en casa
Pros:

Increíble estancia. La amabilidad de Mirko y su mamá se sintió desde el día uno, me dieron comida, lavaron mi ropa y eran muy atentos. Muy buena habitación, bien equipada, bien aislada del ruido y con aire acondicionado
