the location is good, but longer stays need better cleaning and maintenance.
Pros:

The accommodation has an excellent location, very close to the city center, with a large parking area available. Everything is within walking distance, and there is also a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. The property was well heated and comfortable, which was especially important given the cold weather conditions during the stay.

Cons:

During the 4-day stay, the room was not cleaned at all, nor were the towels or bed linen changed. Additionally, only two small shampoo bottles were provided for the entire duration of the stay.

very friendly & flexible staff! rooms & bathroom were spacious, we even had a balcony! nice & safe neighborhood

Cons:

our room was quite untidy: every bed had a bit of hair on them & surroundings of them had garbage laying around. walls were also super thin, every little noise could be heard
