Nice hotel, would visit again
Pros:

The overall quality of the place was excellent, with helpful and friendly staff.
The breakfasts were outstanding, offering a wide variety of options. While the restaurant is not inexpensive compared to similar hotels in Lagos, the quality and portion sizes more than justify the price. It was particularly impressive to see well-prepared and delicious continental dishes available alongside local cuisine, catering thoughtfully to non-African guests.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

Some of the facilities are getting old and need some refreshing but overall still okay.

I also think there’s room to improve the pricing strategy. The hotel is more expensive than similar or better hotels in Lagos especially for a period when occupancy is low. More flexible or seasonal pricing could help attract additional guests during quieter times.

Decent Hotel in Ibadan
Pros:

Good location, room was clean and the food in the hotel restaurant was tasty with generous portions.

Cons:

Bathroom was dated compared to the rest of the hotel.
Door handle fell off and it took ages for maintenance to come up and fix it.
Also took forever for an iron to be sent up the first time it was requested, the second time they just didn't bother!
