Location. Really nice in front of river. Liked how the manager was helpful and flexible as was clear when we arrived we needed another room.

Room was a good size and had a smart TV. Bathroom was also a good size. The free breakfast was nice with good options. They picked us up from the bus stop even though the bus was late. You can hire a bike, get laundry done, book excursions and buy snacks all from the front desk.
The view is amazing, the river view where you can enjoy the sunset

Great views of the river and mountains. Very close to town with peaceful surroundings. Staff were excellent, especially the owners son .

Très bon accueil
- La chambre était super confortable, avec la vue sur la rivière donc très chouette. En plus, nous avons pu la récupérer à 4h du matin (moyennant un supplément) car notre bus arrivait super tôt à Phong Nha.
- L'emplacement est super, plus calme que dans le centre mais très simple de s'y rendre.
- Le petit déjeuner est très bon !
- Vous pouvez louer un scooter ou un vélo.
- La location de vélo est chère (100k par vélo et par jour). C'est le tarif le plus cher que nous avons trouvé au Vietnam et l'état des vélos n'était pas top (souci de pédalier, selle qui ne tient pas en place, pas de lumières)
- Nous avons réservé un bus pour Hoi An avec l'hôtel. On nous avait dit 9h donc on pensait que le pick-up était à 9h, sauf qu'à 8h15 le jour même, on nous annonce que le pick-up est dans 15minutes. Nous avons donc tout juste reçu notre petit déjeuner que nous avons du monter dans le bus. Nous n'en avons donc pas profité et avons eu très faim tout le long du trajet. La communication pourrait être améliorée.
