A little gem on the seafront.
Pros:

Great location.
Super friendly staff
Really clean room

Bed a little hard but that's just personal preference.

Overall good, but a few niggles.
Pros:

Shelly, the host was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. Hotel very clean with free off road parking.
Room 11 (top floor) was large with good bathroom.
Had a quick look in room 8 that looked very nice.

Cons:

Room 11 recently refurbished but not quite finished. Super Orthopedic bed extremely hard, didn't get a good nights sleep. No coat hooks or towel hooks in bathroom ( These problems were reported to host and were reasured they would be resolved the same day).
Really didn't like having to put kettle on carpet as lead did not reach nearest socket ( safety issue). Room had limited sea view due to two windows high up meaning we had to stand on chair to look out.

Great location and parking
Pros:

Great location and a car park. Room size was great. Kettle and plenty of coffee and tea provided. Manager onsite was v nice.

Cons:

Unfortunately first morning we were there and the shower wouldn’t work. Broke completely so we couldn’t shower. Reported it to the manager. It was repaired through the day whilst we were out so was working in the evening when we got back.

Good value, good location
Pros:

Good location over looking the sea, within walking distance to town centre, peasholm park, and the open air theatre

Cons:

The room wasn’t serviced at all during our 3 night stay. Not particularly a problem, but a shortage of toilet roll was an issue - even though we requested some.

Good location and views.
Pros:

Close to Scarborough Open Air theatre, about 14 mins walk

Cons:

Check in was a bit of a joke. Our room had been given to someone else by mistake and they then had to ask them to leave .
Customer service could do with a bit of an overhaul.
