Pros:

Excellent and helpful staff. Superb location for our needs in Scarborough. Car park is a big plus. Will definitely be returning.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Ein historisches Hotel in exorbitant schöner Lage direkt oberhalb der Küste!
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit überwältigendem Blick aufs Meer und dem größten Bett, das wir jemals in einer Unterkunft hatten! Unbedingt erwähnenswert für die dortige Lage ist das Parken auf dem eigenen Hotelparkplatz.

Stay was ok but not happy about paying £40 extra for our breakfast and will expect a reimbursement of £40, or will take

Could do with modernising.
When booking the hotel, we were on the understanding that we had breakfast included, but on arrival was told that because we booked through Booking.com that we had to pay an extra £40 for our 2 days breakfasts.
Really unhappy with this because we had already paid £324.80 which was extremely expensive for the room and should have included breakfast.
I am expecting Booking.com to reimburse us of the amount of £40 for the extra payment for our breakfasts.

Pros:

We paid £150 for 2 nights with no breakfast and no sea view, private bathroom, lots of space. During night was quite and we had good sleep, they have a mini bar downstairs at reception and you can buy pop or alcohol, the water is free! Good experience, nothing to complain about, we recommend it!

The most beautiful stay a real little gem
Pros:

Loved the warm.yorkshire welcome, the unparalleled view of the stunning coastline, having the convenience of a free car park onsite meaning no concerns about parking, and how spotless my room.was.
