Stunning
Pros:

Everything. Everyone was super helpful kind. The reception staff INCREDIBLE all of them. Whatever they get payed the deserve more. They are the reason why will book again

Hôtel neuf et même encore en travaux à certains endroits. Emplacement central mais bruyant. Hôtel très bien conçu pas ailleurs, fonctionnel. Parties communes très bien conçues normalement au Rez de chaussée et au roof top.

De locatie was perfect. Het hotel was mooi, schoon en goed onderhouden. De kamers waren ruim en comfortabel. Het kleine zwembad was fijn om even te ontspannen. Het personeel was vriendelijk.

Cons:

Helaas voldeed ons verblijf niet aan de verwachtingen. Er hing een onaangename rioollucht uit de airco, wat erg storend was. Daarnaast hebben we twee nachten slecht geslapen door een hard geluid dat de hele nacht aanhield.

Het personeel was vriendelijk, maar door een gebrekkige onderlinge communicatie en samenwerking waren wij uiteindelijk de dupe. We moesten zelf meerdere keren aandringen op een passende compensatie, en dat proces verliep moeizaam. Uiteindelijk is het wel goed opgelost, maar dat had veel sneller en klantvriendelijker gekund.

Jammer, want met een betere afhandeling en zonder deze problemen had ons verblijf een stuk prettiger kunnen zijn.

Hôtel ultra moderne très bien situé ! personnel aux petits soins et bienveillant !

Cons:

Les prix des boissons à la terrasse sont pour moins légèrement excessifs.
Le reste était formidable
