Hôtel a fuire !! Expérience à ne plus refaire
Cons:

Les femmes de ménages ont ouvert la porte de notre chambre très tôt le matin alors que nous avons accrocher la feuille ne pas déranger. Expérience horrible. Nous avons fait une réclamation mais aucun retour à ce sujet. Déçu !!!

Pros:

Hôtel très confortable, belle chambre, belle piscine et belle vue sur Casa.

Cons:

La piscine est plus petite qu’elle n’y paraît et il manque parfois des transats.

Pros:

Emplacement excellent sur une grande avenue, tout près de Anfa park.

Le rooftop est topissime, la piscine clean (manque de serviettes par contre)

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pas assez varié pour des personnes avec des restrictions/allergies alimentaires et tout était froid à 9h.

Cons:

La femme de ménage ouvre la porte de notre chambre chaque matin à 9h puis à 11h même après une réclamation. C’est très grave. Personnel incompétent!!! Je ne reviendrai pas

It was nice stay overall but would not book it for a longer period. Very far from city centre.
Pros:

I spent two nights with 2 kids and I must say that it was rather pleasant stay. Hotel is modern, has a pool on the roof, with city and tennis courts view. Very photographic for sunsets. Air con was a huge plus, we had a room with spacious balcony. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

No kids menu and there is a lot of families with kids as far I could notice, menu was quite pricey although food was nice. Our view from balcony was facing construction site- not the nicest. Pool is add on but very slippery with water all over the floor, no pool towels provided. I was accommodated at the end of the hotel(hotel is very big) walking distance was quite tiring after a while. Wi-Fi connection was very bad in the room.
