Confort și parcare
Pros:

Parcare subterană, bar la hotel non-stop, poziționare bună, cu un restaurant la 30 m (bun pentru mic dejun) și altul la 300 m, ambele la deal, o pizzerie (și nu numai) la 60 m și un magazin alimentar nonstop la 100 m, ambele la vale.. Personal amabil, camere foarte mari, cu paturi duble, confortabile, hol, cabină de duș, frigider și cuptor cu microunde. Preț bun. Pentru tranzit este o bună alegere, pentru vizite l"la picior" a atracțiilor (Muzeul iluziilor 25', Cetatea Tsaravets 35', Mini Park 40') este puțin mai departe...

Pros:

Хотелът е на много удобно място- на пресечка на бул. Габровски, който е централен в града.
В близост има много магазини и места за хранене, както и спирки на градски транспорт.

Cons:

Стаите не бяха достатъчно чисти.
В банята имаше косми, а и плочките бяха мръсни.
По всички мебели имаше прах.
Дръжката на прозореца беше счупена и не се отваряше.

El personal fue muy simpático y estaba limpio.

Cons:

Estaba bastante alejado del centro como para ir andando, por otro lado, no servían comida dentro del hotel, solo bebidas. Y el wifi va fatal tuve que compara un bono de datos para poder teletrabajar ese día porque no me cargaba ni el correo electrónico.
