Siamo tornati al Piccolo Castello dopo aver soggiornato presso la struttura anche la scorsa estate.
Il giudizio rimane positivo e la struttura consigliata.
Parcheggio comodo, stanza ampia, pulita e munita di tutto il necessario, personale gentile e disponibile, colazione varia e di buona qualità.
Sempre eccezionale la piscina (acqua pulita, zona rialzata adatta ai bambini, profondità mai eccessiva, bordo rialzato molto utile per persone di statura non sopra il metro e 50) e ben tenuta l'area limitrofa (ombrelloni, sdraio, lettini, ecc).
Comodo poter pranzare a bordo piscina con piatti buoni e freschi e poter rimanere in piscina anche il giorno del check out con un giusto sovrapprezzo ma...

... Sarebbe certamente da migliorare l'organizzazione del servizio pranzo. Nulla da dire sulla disponibilità del personale ma i tempi di attesa sono troppo lunghi e la precisione del servizio risulta non all'altezza di una struttura comunque a 4 stelle.
Inoltre, le indicazioni fornite in merito ai costi per la giornata in piscina non sono state sempre univoche. Sia telefonicamente che al momento del check in non si era fatto menzione della quota bambino (0-13 anni) pari a 10 euro ché invece è stata conteggiata al momento del pagamento.

La camera superior x 4 persone era soppalcata e dava direttamente sulla piscina molto grande con gli idromassaggi, colazione buona

Cons:

La pulizia in piscina lascia un po' a desiderare, gli ospiti che prendevano da bere al bar, lasciavano i bicchieri sui tavolini e nessuno veniva a ritirarli

Ottima struttura
Pros:

Struttura molto ospitale, arredamento un po datato ma congruo al contesto. Ambienti puliti, staff cordiale ed impeccabile. Piscina grandissima, pulita e molto ben tenuta con un bel verde attorno.
Colazione varia con prodotti freschi e caserecci.

Hôtel proche de Volterra, de San Gimignano et Sienne situé dans la campagne toscane.
Rien à, redire : l'accueil sympathique et compétent, une chambre très agréable, une grande piscine, un parking et bien sûr la climatisation. Buffet du petit déjeuner très bien.
A recommander pour un séjour toscan.
