Pros:

Graži aplinka,didelis baseinas,viskas šalia.

Cons:

Personalas resstorane vaikui atnešė maistą po daugiau nei valandos laukimo, kai visi 6 žmonės jau buvo pavalę ir starterius ir pirmuosius ir antrusius patiekalus.
Vaikas verkė alkanas personalui tris kartus buvo sakyta,klausta lur mūsų maistas,o jie tik skėsčiojo rankomis ir niekaip nespręsdami problemos.
Maistas brangus ir šiaip sau.

Már nem az első alkalommal szálltunk meg itt, de az elmúlt 10 évben sokat romlott a színvonal. Az elhelyezkedés verhetetlen, a medence szép, a takarítás rendben van.

Cons:

A szobákat ideje lenne felújítani. A személyzet egyáltalán nem kedves, a pincérek egymással nevetgélnek, miközben a reggelinél gyakorlatilag minden elfogy, szólni kell, hogy legyenek szívesek pótolni. A reggeli kínálat egyébként is nagyon szegényes az édességeket leszámítva egy ilyen szállodához képest. Az éttermet vacsorára mindhárom tarzózkodásunk során kipróbáltuk, továbbra sem ajánlom. Idén a jól átsütve kért húst nem sikerült elkészíteni. A medencénél lévő büfé régen tök szuper volt, most összevissza van nyitva, nagyon lassú. Nagyon szeretjük Monteriggionit, és ez egy jó szálloda, de legközelebb más helyet keresünk.

Groupe de plus de 20 hommes venus faire la fête autour de la piscine 🥳 très bruyant et on terminé la fête à 1 heure du matin. Notre chambre donnait sur la piscine 😏
Nous avons été réveillés par une coupure de courant à 3 heures du matin. Lumière de l'entrée de la chambre qui s'est allumée, la climatisation s'est arrêtée et cela par 3 fois 🥴
L'insonorisation de la chambre était tellement bien fait qu'on entendait la personne à côté de notre chambre aller aux toilettes et également ronfler durant la nuit.
Au niveau équipement pour un 4 étoiles il y a à redire :
Fils électriques en apparent de chaque côté du miroir. En cas d'écaboussure, cela peut-être dangereux.
Carrelage salle de bain cassé.
Douche toute petite.
Plaque manquante autour de la penderie (voir photo).
Tout ça n'est pas digne d'un ****

Det beste hotellet på en rundreise i Toscana sommeren 2026
Pros:

Hotellet var ikke av nyere dato, men badet var helt oppdatert og veldig bra. Stort svømmebasseng og gode uteplasser i denne forbindelse.

The property has a lot of potential, but unfortunately it doesn't make the most of what it offers. The staff were polite, but they didn't seem particularly enthusiastic or engaged.
It was disappointing that the sauna and jacuzzi were not working, especially considering the bad weather during our stay, as they would have been a great addition for guests. We also had to set up the sun loungers and umbrellas ourselves.
Every day we could clearly hear the staff talking loudly, presumably from the kitchen or service area, which was quite disturbing.
On the positive side, the room was cleaned and tidied every day, and the housekeeping was excellent.
We were a group of four, but there were only two chairs on our terrace. The breakfast table was also never set up for four people, and one morning we had to push two tables together ourselves so we could eat together. We were also welcomed with only two complimentary bottles of water, even though there were four of us staying in the room.
Overall, the property has great potential, but paying more attention to these details and making better use of the available facilities would greatly improve the guest experience.

Der Pool war toll nach einem Sightseeingtag. Das Frühstück und ala carte Abendessen waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren sehr laut, man hörte bei den Leuten im Nachbarzimmer jedes Wort. Im Nachbarzimmer war auch eine Stiege in das Obergeschoss, wenn diese benutzt wurde war es wie ein Erdbeben in unserem Zimmer, vor allem wenn Kinder diese benutzten.

Very disappointing and not comfortable

Close location to a wedding venue in Monteriggioni.

Cons:

Not clean, found several bugs on the floor and the bed. Property not maintained well at all, 4 stars for this hotel is a huge stretch.

No basic amenities. No duvet or proper blanket, even when requested.

Requested to borrow an iron and they said it doesn’t exist within hotel facilities…

Breakfast was poor and eggs smelt very bad. Coffee machine in breakfast wasn’t working.
