Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, close to lake.

The staff at Solaria were amazing. A staff member used her personal oatmilk to facilitate my preference for oatmilk coffee. All staff were willing to help and always friendly. The restaurant, MIA'S, below Solaria was absolutely delicious and made it very convenient when the weather was too hot or wet to venture too far outside. Would love to stay at Solaria again!!

Wirklich tolle Lage direkt am Hoan-Kiem See mit einem schönen großen Zimmer zur Straße hin. Da am Wochenende der ganze Bereich um den See abgesperrt wird, also autofrei ist, ist es relativ ruhig. Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem, das Badezimmer ausreichend groß. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig, die Eierspeisen wurden stets frisch zubereitet. Das gesamte Personal war überaus freundlich und stets hilfbereit. Die Rooftop-Bar haben wir aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen nicht so häufig besucht, die Cocktails waren aber prima! Tipp: Nutzt den Flughafen-Service, das ist nicht teuer (15 USD) ...macht die Fahrt vom/zum Flughafen aber sehr entspannt.

Decorations are cozy and relax. Excellent location! Spa service was awesome! Staff were friendly and attentive! Breakfast was delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay satisfied. We would come back.

From the moment we arrived, Solaria Hotel set the tone for an incredible stay in Hanoi. The location in the Old Quarter is perfect; everything is walkable and the neighbourhood energy is wonderful.

What truly sets Solaria apart is the staff. Grace and Lily deserve special recognition; both were exceptionally attentive, warm, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my stay was taken care of. It’s rare to encounter hospitality this sincere, and their care made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another booking.

The rooms are comfortable, clean and well-appointed, and the breakfast is a lovely way to start the day before exploring the city. Every interaction with the team felt personal and thoughtful.

Fantastic property with outstanding staff! Trudy and the team went above and beyond to make our short stay feel truly special. Best welcome we had at any property. Rooms were clean & comfortable and the location is excellent - super central and walkable without the noise/partying of the old quarter a few streets away. My new go-to accommodation in Hanoi! The breakfast offered a great selection each morning, and our balcony room was comfortable and excellent value for money.
