An unforgettable stay with outstanding hospitality – the best hotel in Hanoi!
Pros:

Everything was perfect! This is the best hotel I have stayed in during my trip across Asia. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the rooftop breakfast was delicious with a great variety of food, and the location is perfect. The staff were exceptional, especially David and Susan, who made us feel at home with their kindness and professionalism. Thank you also for the lovely gift for my friend and me. We will never forget your hospitality.

Cons:

Nothing at all. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Pros:

uitstekend ontbijt, we konden vroeg inchecken en een fijne plek in old town, op loopafstand van verschillende highlights, vriendelijke medewerkers.

Cons:

kamer was iets sober met een blinde muur als uitzicht.

Fantastic. I recommend!
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, we could walk everywhere. The food in the restaurant Mia, below the hotel, was delicious. Watching the sunset on the rooftop bar was beautiful. The room was perfect and hotel was very clean. Also, Daria and Paulus made the stay amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.

Cons:

The lift is slow. We took the stairs which did us no harm!

Had an amazing time
Pros:

It is central and there is a lot of restaurants around, the hotel has got 2 restaurants and a bar.
The staff was exceptional, very kind and always ready to help and even go an extra mile. Their service was impeccable

exceptional location, and top notch service
Pros:

The staff had exceptional service. Most especially we want to extend deepest gratitude to Lily. She made the check in so easy. She was also very accommodating and gave us our room to shower in before our very late checkout to catch the train to Sapa. she even arranged for A to go breakfast for our group. 

Cons:

during our day, there was construction going on, and we think it affected electricity. However, the Hotel was able to provide a generator, but with limited service. However, that didn’t really affect our stay too negatively.

Wonderful hotel with exceptional staff. Highly recommend!
Pros:

The property was clean, centrally located in the old town, with a delicious breakfast and comfortable beds. The staff was truly exceptional (shout out to David and Susan) —they went out of their way to take care of me, including arranging airport transfers, bus reservations, and sending me off with a lunch on the day I left.

Our stat was amazing, it beats a high end resort we stayed in a few days before, the staff especially daria , ben, chesse , grace which helped and accommodated us in every thing they offered help in booking activities, warm tea when i was sick , each time we ordered anything from the iron / cloth washing or bringing something to the room it happened in extraordinary speed 😂 , the guy opning the hotel door was extremely nice and helpful all the time, if im ever back in hanoi i will definitely be back it this hotel, it was literally in the middle of all attractions 💃🏻

Cons:

Maybe a larger western breakfast buffet / halal option ( but it's the same in all the 5 hotels we stayed in Vietnam 😂)
