Absolutely magical, stunning property. Excellent location and staff were warm and welcoming.

The location is exceptional, right on the waterfront with their own private jetty and sunloungers. Everything about the property was magical. The rooms are comfortable. Staff were helpful and charming. Absolutely loved it and will be back.

Cons:

I am very used to international hotels and a wider breakfast choice. The breakfast was OK to good, but I would have liked to have fresh coffee (rather than just a coffee machine) such as a cafetiere or barista option. More fruit such as berries and a wider choice for the fruit platter. There were a lot of options if you can consume bread but I am intolerant so more non-wheat breakfast options would have been nice. The omelets made fresh to order were good. The location, view and charming staff made the breakfast experience still very pleasant.

Séjour mémorable et idyllique
Pros:

L emplacement, le bâtiment ancien, la vue sur le lac, le personnel accueillant et aux petits soins est vraiment appréciable, la literie,le spa, la possibilité de louer des velos et la gratuite d une heure en canoe ou pedalo.

La chambre mériterait un rafraîchissement

Good but this hotel would require a revamp to truly be a luxury hotel
Pros:

Great location, beautiful building and garden

Cons:

The decoration is not at the level of standard for this hotel. But the real issue of standards is coming from the food which is way too basic for this kind of restaurant (even the breakfast was low standard)

Cadre enchanteur au bord du lac mais la qualité du service était médiocre.

La situation géographique est exceptionnelle et l'hôtel à un charme fou

Cons:

Service au bar très amateur et peu professionnel pour un établissement 4 étoiles.
Refus de nous servir une glace car nous n'étions pas des clients " VIP" alors que la carte du bar proposait des glaces. On nous a répondu que la Cabane était fermée par manque de personnel et que les glaces etaient essentiellement réservées aux clients réguliers , les fameux " VIP".

Globalement, le service à l'extérieur n'était pas du tout à la hauteur de ce que l'on peut d'attendre d'u. hotel de ce standing.
