Great location if you want to explore catemaco.

Pros:

Beautiful location, room was very clean and well appointed, safe parking, friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant adjacent offered a nice menu, food was good and service was excellent.

Cons:

Not a lot of insulation between walls so a bit noisy when others in next room were talking.

Pros:

Pros:

The hotel is located at a quieter spot on the lake. Walking distance 10 minutes to town center, 20 minutes walk from ADO.
Everything worked in the room, it was spacious and attractively decorated. I had a garden view of the nice pool plus a peacock..

Cons:

A safe would have been nice.

Pros:

We chose the accommodation because of the swimming pool for our son. It was fine. We also took the opportunity to order food and drink to our room. The location was quiet and pleasant, right by the lake and yet close to the centre. On the last day we were able to leave our luggage stored at the reception until the evening.

Cons:

The room was unfortunately musty - after a long absence it always hit the nose, but then you get used to it. Most of the time the hot water didn't flow - after being alerted, someone always ran to plug something in somewhere, but by then the person was already showered in the cold and by the next time the fix obviously didn't last and the water was only cold again. The staff were noisy and playing music from early in the morning so it was quite distracting.
